they could be resaling your home loan as they did my home and my relatives loans, thus creates a higher payment, go down to your local real estate records office check the deads, make sure, Option one has not done a quiet title or added someone else to the dead or purchased another loan using ID theft, interest would not make higher, you should check to see if ID theft was used to apply for more loans, and also ask for all loan docs check signature

We modified Ms. Milagros loan in 2009 and  she got a great deal.  After we were done our work her taxes and insurance got raised which we have no control of during a modification.  Out goal is to get a lower rate and lower principal interest payment.  We accomplished this for this client and she wants to have a payment with lower taxes and insurance.  Again where ever you live you have to pay taxes and insurance we cannot get them lowered or claim to.  We did a great service for this client and saved her home so she can still live there.  We informed her she needed to contact an attorney to grieve her taxes and shop for lower insurance in order for that to change,  but she insisted on blaming us after we helped. All she wants is to live in a home and not pay taxes and insurance which does not happen in this country.  I request this report before removed effective today since it a complate lie and is slanderous.  I will be forwarding this to my attorney to also have him contact ripoff report for this file and if you would like the proof  of the signed modification agreement that we got for Milagros we would provide.  Please contact me at 5168551966.
