We contacted Orange County Distributors to purchase Yaffa Blocks for our Child Care center. After speaking to a person who called himself Barry we placed the order. This occured on January 16,2007. It is now October 16,2007 and no Yaffa Blocks.
We have tried on many occasions to contact them via telephone,fax and email with no success.

This information is true. I currently work for te Basic Line Inc company, the makers of Yaffa products. They ordered the products from us, didn't pay us, then resold the products and never shipped them. We at Basic Line Inc, apologize to anyone who was rippd off by this company. As of 12/11/07 we still have not received the Yaffa Blocks nor a refund check. Instead Orange County Distributors of Toms River New Jersey keeps making false statements and is trying to discredit our learning center by making up FALSE REPORTS. Peter,Tom,Barryor who ever you are stop making yourselfs and your company look like idiots. RETURN OUR MONEY

Regardless of ORANGE COUNTY DISTRIBUTORS stupid rebuttals which has come down to making personal insults. THEY STILL HAVE NOT SENT THE YAFFA BLOCKS NOR OFFERED TO REFUND OUR MONEY!!!! I GUESS THE NEXT STEP WILL BE SMALL CLAIMS COURT IN ADDITION TO REPORTING THEM TO NEW JERSEY'S DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS.

Fiction Our order was not shipped three weeks ago
Gentleman, lets stop the nonsense either ship me the Yaffa Blocks we ordered or return our $204.00 it is simple as that.

Lets get the facts straight here Jonathan is part of Tutor Time which has several reports against them in ripoff reports A order was placed - and was maked as shipped Not till 3 weeks ago - just 3 weeks ago Jonathan called after business hours and did not even bother to leave a message We saw the number and called HIM After leaving several messages for him - which he didnt bother to return he finally called us and in a very nasty tone - unbecoming a so called owner of a educational building he explained the lack of delivery We checked our records - called him again - they claim that he is never in - and he never bothered to call us back
Only after he published the above report that he bothered to call us When explained to that we left several messages which were unreturned - he blamed his office staff - as " Yes I do have problems with them when it comes communication " YIKES I can only imagine what happens when a parent calls - does he bother getting any messages ?

We were contacted today November 19 2007 by a person who claimed to be Barry the owner. He stated that our order was misplaced and that is the reason we did not receive the Yaffa Blocks that we ordered on January 19 2007. He stated that if I remove his company from this web site he will return our money. I will update this report once I receive our refund check.
