Shady business. We called to ask for a formal estimate cost of fixing the pool for the appraiser. Brian came but only gave me an email of repair cost instead of a formal one which I can't use. I called them again and they promised that I'll get a formal one at the end of the day which never arrive. Then they stopped picking up my calls. Tried to call for 3 days and left 5 msgs but they never bother to return calls.  I should have known since they don't have any physical address listed on their site. Waste of $100 on a fraud shady scamming business.

AUTHOR: Erictsengisapunkrealtor - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, March 16, 2019

Our attorney sent this REALTOR Eric T Seng of Rowland Heights a cease and desist and  and threatened to sue for a false review, they have since removed their other false reviews and ROR refuses to remove any posts.

What actually occurred is we performed an inspection, for a realtor looking to close escrow on a house in Hacienda Heights, CA.  We collected our standard $95 pool inspection fee.  We provided via email a voluminous list of repairs along with estimated costs for each repair.  The realtor then called us and asked us to OMIT a couple of the repairs in which we refused and conveyed we have culpability for any issues that arise as a result of our negligence or committing FRAUD as he requested.

He retaliated by posting false reviews on our company.  Not the first realtor we have encountered that is unethical    Our reply:   Eric Tseng called us out to perform an inspection for a house in Rowland Heights 4 years ago.  We provided the results of our inspection via email and approximate costs to repair needed items.

Eric wanted us to make some unethical changes to our report which we refused.  We charge $95 for inspections.  He then later has the audacity to go online and badmouth us because we wouldn't falsify the report.  He claims on his false review that we failed to return his phone calls, he is so full of it!  All of our calls are recorded and our phones are manned by two full time operators during business hours 6 days per week.  But then, so is his entire review.

Our website specifically states the emailed inspection is $95.00.  A formal written inspection above that is additional $65.00, even if Eric had paid the additional $65, we still wouldn't have altered our findings!!!  We called to ask for a formal estimate cost of fixing the pool for the appraiser.
