They sent an email designating that the offers had been received. I had contacted the company through their email service on their site.
A "Sheyla" Customer Advocate, responded stating that both offers had been completed and that payment by check had been sent to my address. I responded by requesting the USPS confirmation numbers on the mailed checks. There had been no reply.
I have asked them three times in email for the confirmation numbers, yet they do not reply. Their website shows no physical address and there is no telephone number. At the same time, after this incident, further investigation on the internet has shown numerous cases of similar situations by other consumers by orangeoffer.com.
To put it simply, they have people send in smart phones with promises of payment, yet they do not pay people.
In essence they are stealing people's phones.
