OK, this is what happened. i was on the internet looking for a place to sell my cell phone, i saw the site OrangeOffer.com thought they were a legit company to sell it. Now on Wed, Aug 29th 2012 at 11:29 A.m. i sent the package to them using the UPS label they provided.
.. I WAITED, and waited.. then i sent them my first email (Aug 31st) to get the status of the order and this is what they sent me as a reply

http://orangeoffer.zendesk.com/tickets/11378) now its been almost two weeks, no reply, no money. please do not do not do not use this site at all. I will be sending a report to my local FBI to see how far i can take this, dont be a fool just ebay your items seriously .

its resolved after two and a half weeks. Followed what another post said to do.. file a report on the site, then file one on better business bearu. and mention in your email to them that you'll contact the Chicago news station.. as soon as i mention all of these 3 things, i got the money 20 mintues later .. SAD really sad. please dont use this service, its not worth the headaches
