This report is not really directly against the Oranum network.They have a great staff,are polite and helpful,and I recommend them.But one Psychic in particular called SkinnyMouse should not be working there.She is rude,gets offended easily and collects private information like first names and dates of birth while on public chat.Other chatters could be writing this down and steal identities or track somebody down to do them harm.I don't know why a great network like Oranum would hire a person like that.There are other wonderful and friendly Psychics on there,but this ones rudeness and dangerous practices should be exposed.Oranum,please tell this Psychic to not tell information like that in public chat,and give a her a few courses in manners.Until she is gone from that network,my business with them is postponed.Thank you.

We apologise you if any of our Psychics had been rude to you. This is absolutely against what Oranum represents.
Asking for private information in the free chat area might have been the part of a Demo Reading. Oranum Psychics demostrate their great abilities twice in an hour for free. In these cases the Psychics might ask the Visitors if they would participate in a public reading for free. The Visitors might provide private information to the Psychic in front of the public on their own to take part in this demonstration, or just stay a silent observer.
In general we do not support exchanging any private information between the Client and the Psychic, especially in front of the public. But if it was a part of a Demo Reading and the Client offered the information on his or her own will, we take it as a great opportunity for both sides. The Psychic can present her abilities to a broad audience, while the Client got a free reading.
