I used the card a few times, then paid it off. Some one stoled my card, they made me pay for 65% of the charges that I didn't auth. With a police report @ that. I run a customer service office. And I know about providing the best possible customer service around. I've been doing this for 28 years. Been awarded 8 times for best customer service rep of the year and 4 years in a row for Manager of the year for running the best d**n customer service center.
Orchard Bank or HSBC, they have non customer service, middle eastern, rude a$$ people that I have ever had to deal with. When I asked to speak to a manager, the rep changed his voice and took over the call, when asked for a ID#, they hung up on me. Don't do it people. If you need a credit card. Apply some where else.
