I contacted them because they processed my payment on the day after it was due, which was a Sunday. My point was that they had to have the check by Sat the due date as mail is not delivered on Sunday.
I talked to some robot who has a script that says they have no brain they can only do what they are told. I also did an on line request and got the same response.
