First Id say for anyone looking for SEO services to not be a dummy like myself.

Im also going to put my real name and who I am to my complaints. Not like organic seo marketing
who hides and uses fake names and tries to file fruadulant reports...By the way Daniel Sobko thanks for bringing this web site and others to my attention so I might file a real complaint that included the BBB. Even if Im not the best typist or put my words in type very well....

Folks....DO NOT use Organic SEO Marketing website organicseomarketing.com...I tried and failed.

I made a HUGE mistake..If you ever do use any SEO services and the company makes you sign a contract first be sure to hire an internet attorney..Its not expensive when you consider the money you will be out if you hire orgaincseomarketing.com...The contract is so one sided and you will need to appear in California court.  I had it looked at after I signed with these crooks.  I also signed a purchase agreement.

The purchase agreement was to have our front page redesigned and to be done exactly as detailed in agreement within 14 days.   Signed on oct. 18, 2012. On Dec. 8, 2012 it was still not done.. I signed with them to have it done in 14 days for a REASON...Christmas was coming soon and we wanted it to be up well before so search engine rankings would be good....But it never happen....I finally took a half done page and refused to pay the second half since agreemnet states second half to be paid when complete..

To this day it is not complete...I had to make due with it the way it is...

They also never got to do any SEO work since they didnt do the front page...When we asked about the SEO work they tried to say it was started but they never showed us any proof.  Nothing untill the day after I finally called and asked for $3000 of my funds back...

Daniel Sobko the owner told me to take him to court...J.D Barrale was very kind and I trusted him. He is a good salesman...Its too bad he works for such a crooked businessman like Daniel.. JD even told me he would try to get my page done through another person he knew privately. But that didnt happen either.

Just before Christmas JD said he would contact me after Christmas but that never happen and that is when I finally stopped payments..

 Now Daniel has sent a collection agency my way...I also know for a fact he is filing complaints through various forums that our business is no good to deal with...I can prove this fact if anyone needs the info please feel free to contact me and I will send you emails and info on all this stated above...

For a company like organicseomarketing.com to be throwing a fit over the $3000 just tells me that they are hurting for money and the company is some little place in a suite with 3 - 4 people that has no clients or very few clients and can not afford to give back the funds they owe since thay can not provide services that themselves signed a contract to do SEO work.

Then they will even go through the slanderous way of trying to hurt your bnusiness when they think you still owe them even yet more money cause you signed a contract that they didnt honor..

That is being a thief, they commit fraud, they are the worse and IM telling you do NOT deal with them..IF you must deal with them PLESASE be sure to have the contract read by an attorney.  He will tell you to stay away from them the contract isnt worth the paper its is wrote on..

Again anyone that wants info on this report to include over 50 emails of when I pleaded and begged to get the site done and other details I can provide..Just ask me.

Also be aware Im 100% sure these guys will rebut this and say this isnt the way it happen and Im a liar and that I owe them and all sorts of untruthful lies...Im sure they will even file complaints on us. But at this point I do not care any longer.  I didnt start this and Im not going to be pushed around and made out to be wrong..When in fact like in any contract if you do not provide as it states then you have elected to void the contract...14 days is not 90 days. Im a fool for waiting this long to say anything. And Im a fool for hiring organicseomarketing. JD for your sake quit and find a real company with integrity you are too good a person to work for Daniel S.

One last thing Daniel Sobko if you want to stop all this complaint stuff back and forth I suggest you email me and confirm you will stop and give back my funds that was not used...I will pay for what you provided and that is all. Nothinhg more, nothing less...Then we both can go on. Put this behide us. If not and you want to keep this up. Then IM UP to the task and will NOT back down from you and your bully ways. If you make arrangments to end this, I will then post that you have done the right thing and all is well. But only afyter you have done so.
