I should have first just did a little reaserch on the internet because I would have seen the high amounts of complaints about this company and their products. They make all kinds of claims on tv and when you call them it seem like nothing but a scam. They try to hard sell you on other products, of which I read are cheap and poor quality.

They say 100% money back guarantee, that is if you can even reach a customer service representative and then deal with some more hard selling. I asked if I wanted a refund how long would it take. The rep asked her supervisor and said they could not give me an answer when or if I would get a refund. Also, be sure to ask before placing an order, if you return their items would there would be any kind of handling or restocking fee!!!!

They tried to sell me on all kinds of other items and seervices. Anodizing on the bottom of the pan for an additional 9.99, put your order ahead of others for 9.99 otherwise they say it will take a month to get your products. Too many other scams to mention.

Note: I bought a little phone recorder at a popular electronic store and I always record these kinds of calls. They say they are recording the call and I say this call is being recorded. They usually say yes. I take that as a "yes".
