Yet another victim that failed to read these reviews before they ordered from this scam artist. I ordered a smart key for my Hyundai not knowing the kind of business I am dealing with since the web site looks legit. So I get the remote and there is a requirement that it must be taken to a locksmith or the warranty is void. So OK I call 6 or so locksmiths and they all tell me the same thing: as every auto locksmith knows, that used Hyundai remotes cannot be rerogrammed and if they try to reprogram it they will still charge me for trying. So i return the useless remote and dispute the charges on my credit card and, this is the best part, the merchant claims that i didn't follow the instructions and, even though no locksmieth even attempted to program the remote, the merchant claimed it was damaged and so the Warranty was void and my money forfeited; and CITIBANK went along with it! What a scam, sell useless junk to unsuspecting consumers then claim they violated the return policy and the banks and consumer agencies let them get away with it.
