Original Keyless has a policy on their web page that states no order can ever be cancelled. This is in direct violation of the Federal Trade Commission "30-Day Rule" as stated here: http://business.ftc.gov/documents/bus02-business-guide-mail-and-telephone-order-merchandise-rule#WHERE%20TO%20GO%20FOR%20HELP For each of us who have been threatened by this company or abused by their long delays, please file a report with the FTC. The company MUST offer to cancel any order that they cannot fill within 30 days. They may be held liable for up to $16,000 for each violation. Please help put this company out of business! Some of you may also have claims with the US Post Office: "Merchants who violate the Rule can be sued by the FTC for injunctive relief, monetary civil penalties of up to $16,000 per violation (any time during the five years preceding the filing of the complaint), and consumer redress (any time during the three years preceding the filing of the complaint). When the mails are involved, the Postal Service also has authority to take action for problems such as non-delivery." (from the above webpage regarding the FTC 30-Day Rule). Note that "Merchants who violate the Rule can be sued by the FTC for injunctive relief, monetary civil penalties of up to $16,000 per violation (any time during the five years preceding the filing of the complaint), and consumer redress (any time during the three years preceding the filing of the complaint)" so you can file a complaint for up to 3 years afterwards.
