Did you know that if you have a 5,000 sq. ft. home and you make approx. $150,000.00 income a year and your friend or neighbor has a 7,000 sq. ft. home and they make $40,000.00 income you will pay a much higher difference for termite treatment, insulation, pest control service, etc. Let us consider that both homes are identical in shape besides size (example: termite damage, sq. foot for insulation, whether or not you even have a pest problem or even if you want a preventative plan) be very prepared to pay a much higher bill than your friend or neighbor. Do not let these professional thieves rip you off by allowing them to know your income. They will also go by what you live in (ex: area of town, cars you drive, clothes you wear and the list go on) they are suppose to go by a rate card per sq. in. for pest control and for insulation.

Termites damage is measured by sq. in. and amount of damage but it should not make a massive cost difference between one home to another in the same neighborhood. It cost Orkin about $5.00 to treat a home for the first treatment to the last unless they are not using the chemicals that they say they do, then and only then it doesn't even cost that much. They put insulation in your attic, write a bogus amount, and take the rest to their home and do theirs free. How do I know this? I work for them thieves. I am not proud of this fact. I want to see these thieves pay for what they are doing to our world. Depending on what part of the month your treatment plan is: week 1, week 2, week 3 or week 4 depends whether or not you get an actual chemical or what they prefer to call a product treatment. If your home is treated the first two weeks of the month, you will get too much chemicals or product. The third week is so, so. The fourth week, the technicians are out of chemicals and are fighting mad because management will not release any to do present customers. New customers that sign up doing this period either get a botched start or they get the chemicals that you should have gotten.

Orkin Management will deny this but get the technicians to talk. They are sick and tired of the mental abuse and the emotional abuse as the office admin is but like all others, they have husbands, wives and children to feed so therefore they are forced and threatened on a daily basis. There are so many laws being broken within the Orkin Rim of Reality and no one will help. The government officials have been told, Human Rights Commissioners from several locations have been notified and so has Gary and Randall Rollins of Orkin Exterminating / Rollins, Inc.

They bring in Billions a year. They still billions a year from you and me. Until we all stand together and drop them to their knees, nothing will ever change. They get bigger and bigger. You and your family get sicker and sicker. Poorer and poorer.
