I received a "pop-up" advertisement that I "won" a "free" sample of Ortho White teeth whitener, I pad the $4 plus for the shipping and $1.03 sample, but them I get charged for $76.13 on my CC today. I called Ortho White and their automated response begins with "if you want to cancel your order....." I called the number to speak to a person and "Maria" insisted that whether I read the fine print or not, I agreed to the terms of the contract. She refused to credit me, even after telling her the product was awful and difficult to use, in addition to the fact I did NOT voluntarily agree to an extended purchase. I contacted my CC company and the charge is still "processing", so once it is an actual charge, I will call my CC company again and enter a dispute. I DO NOT agree with these pathetic sales practices and will personally not use any other product by this company!
