i never look thu my att bill. when i did finally go thru it i realized that i had some charges for a collect call for texas to a number that i didnt even know.
i dont know anyone in the state of texas and this call was made while no one was home. when i call the 1800 number that displays on the bill noone answers its just a machine. im upset that these people are ripping us off and no one cares.
