I will apologize ahead of time for the length of this complaint but I have had more problems with this company than I have had in my entire employment history put together and multiplied.

What kind of company reprimands you for not being more forceful on mothers to buy overpriced mediocre quality pictures?! How can they treat employees and customers alike this way? I cant tell you how many times I had moms calling up to the hospital asking why they had not recieved their pictures but had been charged, or had been sent wrong orders, with incorrect spellings, when their proof clearly showed I had spelled it properly. How is this company in business?

First of all it is no wonder why this company can't keep employees. In the time I worked there between March 2008 and December 2008 in the entire Houston area I believe there are only 3 or 4 other employees who worked there at the time I was hired who still worked there when I was "terminated".

I am a 22 year old single mom who took the job being told I would make 8 an hour and comission. It had great hours so I could spend time with my daughter still, it had health insurance which was a must, and it seemed like a wonderful fun thing to be doing for people. Within a week and a half of being hired the manager who hired me quit. First paycheck came and guess what? I only got 7 an hour. I was reassured this was for my training pay-even though I only trained for 3 days and wasnt reallt taught very well how to do the job. Next check what do you know just comission. I in fact only made comission OR the base 7 dollars an hour if my comission fell short.

But I stuck it out. I loved the job. Then when I got myself and my daughter put on the health insurance and got dental for me, they overcharged me constantly. They had an extra dependant, they had her down for dental, she wasnt even one yet and had no teeth. I called numerous occasions complaining and every time I was told I would be reimbursed and they would fix it. Every check it was not fixed and I was not reimbursed.

Then there were the milage checks. I was constantly sent to hospitals over an hour away the first few months. You were supposed to get so many cents per mile you drove. Except EVERY SINGLE check I filed I would wait and wait and it would never come. So I would call corporate and theyd claim they never got it. But it had gotten to the point when I sent it to my manager she would forward it to me with the email sending it to corporate so I would know she really sent it. It still happened every time.

Then my manager went on medical leave and it all went downhill. They got new cameras in. Great it was about time, the old ones were awful and poor quality. They hired on new people, which I wasnt thrilled about because they were taking my babies, my comission. I was told new camera training was optional. Then 2 days later when they shipped off the old cameras I was told I wasnt allowed to use them until I got trained. WTF?!?! I had to drive to a hospital 45 minutes away. The new hirees were given my hospital for an entire week a half without mentioned to me. Then on top of that the hospital I was supposed to be training at wouldnt allow us to finish there so I had to miss 4 days of work to wait to drive all the way down town to be with sombody else in the next training session.

Then when I can finally work they send out 8 different schedules with changes. I end up getting fired for not coming in because I had not seen the changes. I did not have the internet at home at that point to check 6 different times to know. Of course I am floored they couldnt even be bothered to tell me in person they call me on the phone. K.W. had temporarily taken over, and made it brief and to the point. I hung up because I knew I was so livid I may say something terrible to her. Then when I called her back 6 times over the next few days I never get a return call. Not one.

The milage check I had turned in for all the driving I had done for the training (which I wouldnt have had to do had they at any point told me it was mandatory while training at my hospital) I never got. I emailed K.W. to ask her what had happened and to please get back to me. No responce. I call corporate and end up on hold for 23 minutes and finally hung up.

THEN I get a letter in the mail saying I owe them over 800 dollars for 6 unrecieved checks and 2 unrecieved money orders. What!?!?!?!? The number on there gave me the extension to call. In the last two weeks I have called 9 times and left three messages without response.

Not only do they owe me over 250 for overcharging me on insurance, they owe me around 160 for my unpaid milage. And they are saying I owe them?!?!?

How am I supposed to fix the fact they are trying to send bill collectors after me, or that they owe me money when they dont answer or return my calls?
