I had turned off auto renew (immediately upon subscribing back in July), but I just saw my latest bank statement and they renewed it anyway for $71.94 with no notice or notification. Now it is impossible to reach anyone. No phone numbers are available. Contc them via thei email portal and ll I gt ak is an immediate auto-responder based on keywords in my email. If I use the work refund, they send an auto-repsonder about refund policy.
If I use the work renew, they send me an auto-responder about turning renewal on or off:
"Thank you for contacting Customer Care. All OurTime.com accounts automatically renew. This is advised at time of purchase along with information on how to turn off the automatic renewal feature at any time to prevent future billing. Automatic Renewal prevent interruptions in your ability to communicate with members on our site and protects you from increases in your upgrade rate. Additionally, by automatically renewing you avoid having to pay the service fee that is assessed new purchases.
If you still wish to cancel your account and stop future charges, please follow these steps:
1. Login to your account.
2. Click on 'My Account' located in the upper right hand corner of your screen (or hover over your username if it is there and click 'My Account')
3. Click on the link that says, 'Click Here to View Your Account Status'.
4. This page will show your Account History. Click 'Unsubscribe Me'.
5. Click the “Turn off Automatic Renewal” option
6. Follow the instructions and answer all the questions to complete the entire process.
This will stop future billing and will give you the opportunity to delete your profile if you so wish. If you do not delete your profile, your account will revert to a free account once your paid upgrade period ends. You will still be able to search for other members and other members will be able to view your profile. You will also continue to receive emails from our site unless you elect to stop emails notifications.

The auto-responder goe on to say: If you need more assistance, or if this reply did not answer your question, please feel free to reply to this email and we will be happy to continue helping you. - yet the replies I send bak to them go unanswered!!
I won't be getting any refund, but I am in the process of disputing the charge with my bank. f**k OURTIME!!
