Outboardrebuild.com Jimmy Praise Lies POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE milton, Florida

So two years ago I had my powerhead rebuilt by these clowns . In sept 09 it starts making a banging noise ,shut it off had seatow bring me in .This was on the 4th of sept.So I started calling on the 7th (to outboardrebuild.com) and e-mailing, what I got from them was"the owner (Jimmy Praise) is on the other line or with a customer".This went on  untill oct 1 when they finally set up shipping.They recieved my powerhead on the 8th of oct.The waranty stated they must complete work within 30 days. Holloween comes and goes no response from them. Called them around the 8th of nov and was told "we are testing it and it sould be sent out within a week ". Waited untill 30th of nov, called them and  for the next 2 weeks I got "the owner is on the other line he will call you back", did he NO.The only way i got ahold of him was to *67 my number so he could not see who was calling.So on the 18 of dec he tells me they will be shipping it on the 21st but i would not get it till after the 28 th because of x-mas.He also stated because of the long wait he would pay for the shipping back to me(I paid for it from me to him).On the 28th of dec I called him to get a tracking number he told me they where closed untill the 4th of jan, he was doing paper and he would send my powerhead on the 4th of jan.OMG.So I call him on the 4th to get tracking number he tells me it would be going out tommorow he would call with tracking number.On the 7th I get a call from Echo global logistics asking for a credit card number so I
could pay for the shipping back to me ?????WTF?
 This is where it really gets good. When I call this liying b**tard back he tells me he could not pay for the shipping because he had spent too much money on extra parts (vro pump because it was not putting out enough psi , and a new timming ring because something was wrong with it)
NOT ONCE IN ALL THE PHONE CALLS DID HE SAY ANYHING ABOUT THESE ITEMS NOT ONCE.I told him i don't have the money right now , he told me it would be waiting here untill i could pay for shipping.
So I said screw it and paid for the shipping 259$( at this point I just want my motor back).Paid the money on the 7th Echo sent me and him a reciept via e-mail.On the 11th I e-mail Echo for a tracking number they stated they did not have it they sent a bol to outboardrebuild. Called jimmy back on the 12th he told me i was supposed to call him when I paid, WTF? For the rest of the week the phone calls went like this (We are waiting for R and l trucking to pick it up ). On friday the 15th he tells me if they don't pick it up buy monday he would drop it off himself.So I call R and L later in the day and they tell me they have not recieved a pick up order, in fact the last 5 things shipped from outboardreuild.com where dropped of at the terminal buy outboardrebuild.WHAT A LYING SACK OF .......
Sent a nasty e-mail to him and echo that night .On monday the 18th I get an e-mail from him with a tracking number...
I got my power head on fri the 22nd.nicely wrapped in plastic.

And now for the best part of the story............

NO VRO PUMP.............FLY WHEEL NUT ON FINGER TIGHT .......ONLY 2 SPARK PLUGS.
Thats just what I have noticed in the rain.Will look into it more when the rain stops.
 
After all these months this is what he sends me ?Will it run ? Did he even do any work on it ?Who knows?

All I can tell you right now is , DO NOT DO ANY BUSSINES WITH THESE GUYS .LIES LIES LIES
