I got the run-around from this company and their supposed President when I tried to find out the status of my sporting goods order. Their order sheet specifically says they will not charge on my credit card until the goods are sent. I later found out that they in fact charged my account 2 days after I placed the order, despite never shipping the goods. A week later, I got a generic email from the "President" of the company notifying me that there is a delay in my order, despite the fact that they had listed 99+ boxes being in stock when I only order 10. It was suspicious that they did not ever send a confirming email of my order, nor did the "President" mention what the problem was or state my order number in his initial email. He provided a link to contact their Help Dept. I never got any replies to my e-mails to their Help Dept.
The "President" repeateldy did answer my e-mails saying he would check into the status of my order and have the Help Dept. contact me, but nothing ever happened. When I got aggressive with them and demanded they tell me the status of the order, I never heard from them again. I put the charge in dispute with my credit card company and sent them the back up correspondence, so I have no doubt the credit card company will excuse me from this charge. Please do the same with your credit card company if this company gives you the run-around like they did to me!
