HE HAS BEEN KNOW TO TRY TO WORK DEALS WITH THE COUNTRY MUSIC INDUSTRY THERE, HOPEFULLY THEY WILL LOOK INTO HIS TRACK RECORD AS WELL! STEVE LIVES ON YOUR CREDIT, NOT HIS....HE HAS NONE. So you want to know about Steve Quinn, Quincy, Daina, Brandy and the rest of the ICM crew. Let me tell you a little about them and how they opperate.

Let me start by telling you the first time I met Steve Quinn. I met Steve while standing in James Mann's office. Steve introduced himself to me and said he had heard I was the "go to guy, the guy that gets things done at Outlaw Enterprises".

Mr Quinn at that point asked me " would you put 1000 people out of work to make a million dollars?" My response was "not if it was my coworkers."
Steve Quinn said "Thats where we are different, I would put tenthousand people out of work no matter who they are, to make a million dollars for myself."

That statement alone tells you exactly what Steve Quinn's motive is by comeing into any company. The rest of the ICM crew is no different. What they do is take over a company completely, they waste time with meetings discussing restructering, cutting back, spending in different areas, getting rid of people, collecting old debt and on and on but nothing really gets done. Its just stalling while Steve forces an owner to sign a partnership with him. But the paperwork is all in Steve's favor and one missed payment to ICM and Steve takes over the entire company. Hell, the entire established board of directors is all of his people anyway!! Steve told me only two weeks of being at Outlaw that his intentions were to force James Mann out and take over the equipment.

Im sure everyone remembers the 2K trucks I brought in from east Texas, those are the ones Steve Quinn wanted and later got thru his tactics. He wanted to let everything else get repoed thru James Manns name and replace those with his (white 2K) trucks and put all of them in Arkansas where the revenue had cranked up pretty good from my being there.

I kept these people very close to me, ate lunch and dinner with them all, flew with Quinn on stupid wasteful private jet flights, bought them all motel rooms, took a two day trip with his daughter to DFW to pick up Steve's dog at the vet, watched him spend thousands of dollars on stupid crap, drank with all of the ICM crew and listened to their drunken babble of how they were screwing Outlaw and James Mann, listened to Steve Quinn brag about how he had a fancy place right on 6th street in Austin and how he was seeing one of his employees behind his wifes back regularly at that place, (I wont say which one she is but she is pretty young), listened to Quincy babble on and on that he knew how to run oil field service companies but had no damn clue what he was talking about........I could go on and on.

AT ANY POINT I WILL TAKE A LIE DETECTOR TEST TO EVERY THING I CLAIM HERE.

Steve confessed to me that is what he does, forces a take over of a company, takes their equipment and moves it to the next company. You guys remember how equipment, vehicles and a fancy haul truck just showed up one day?!? That was from another poor sucker that feel for the ICM business saving proposals that only turn out to be takeovers and bankruptcies for owners. They dont help anyone but themselves.

So Steve got his trucks, James lost his ass. James was going to loose his ass eventually if he didnt stop his own stupid spending, but without ICM in the picture we could have pulled out of the slump with a good investor and would still be operating today. The problem for Steve was that he didnt have a clue how to run a company or start a service company up! Quincy didnt have a damn clue what to do, nor did any of the other idiots! The big problem was he was counting on myself to get the trucks going in Arkansas.....I told them to go have sex with themselves. So they went to Robert, he wouldnt play ball either...with constant contact and advice from myself.

So if you think you want to Seek ICM to help get your company out of the problems that its having, you may want to think about it a little bit more. They do not have a successful track record, they are cons and thieves.

As far as outlaw, ranger, and James Mann go everything was fine until they entered into an agreement with Icm. Icm is a complete joke. They look good and have good financial paperwork but after investigating it is all fabricated. They came in with big promises and all the did was overcharge outlaw and strip all the money from the company forcing it into bankruptcy. Outlaw owes Icm no money, but Icm owes money to outlaw and everybody else they have ever been in contact with. Stay away from them!!!

Your comment posted about Outlaw Enterprises and Ranger Field Services owned by James Mann suggest that International Credit and Mercantile is a partner with these two companies. We are not. Between Outlaw and Ranger, ICM is owed in excess of six million dollars. Now that Outlaw has bankrupted the ability to collect has vanished. ICM has no ownership in either company and we can understand your frustration.
