These people are very smooth operators and work hand in hand but claim to be two separate. They are intelligent. Their "order confirmation" is written in accordance to the law but their intent is to deceive. They are also very good actors; pretending to be concerned and denying any affiliation with each other.
I got a small bit of satisfaction by reporting them to the Attorney General of California. After filing a complaint with her, they contacted me (in a very innoscent way) regarding the "misunderstanding". I was able to recoup (only)about 25% of the charges paid, but I did break their so-called contract and stopped receiving overpriced toner.
I am urging everyone scammed by this company to contact the Attorney General of California! I think if enough complaints are filed they will be closed down. It can be done online. Good luck, everyone.
