Overnight Mattress is the biggest scam I have been involved in. Our mattress has lumps and is so uncomfortable we sleep in another bed if it gets too much for me.  We purchased this because of my bad back and now my back is much worst, requiring numerous meds and shots.

The old saying, what you get is what you pay for surely fits this company. On my last encounter with Customer Service they were again denying a return when supposedly a boss walked by and read my comments and wrote call and get a Return No. When I called to get it, it was the same nasty man that I always got on the phone and he said he would not give me a return. That was from someone who didn't know the situation.

Don't make the same mistake as we did it will cost you so much more in not beng able to sleep on the thing, in doctor's bills for a bad back and they will give you every excuse in the world. Do this,Do that, send pictures, blah blah blah
