Overstock.com shoenet.com Con Artist, Liars, Disgusting customer service, Should be banned from conduction business Internet

Shoenet.com is a subsidiary wholesale company of overstock.com.

I placed an order with them for an assorted package of 6 bags and the colours available was listed below in they order form.

When i got the order i got an assortment of only three of the colours. One of which was not a colour that they had advertised as being one of the available colour. So i got bags in a colour i did not order.

So i did the normal thing and contacted the company.

The operation was extremely rude. She was like "say what you want becasue i have other customers to deal with". So i told him i will report them to the better business bureau. Then they decided to call me.

The person would not give me a chance to speak.

i told her my customers ordered particular colours from me and i don't have any of the colours they wanted.

she told me that her hands are tied and can't do anything for me and to ship back the stuff at my expense. i told her that you messed and i have to pay for it

She even said if i have to report them for one colour that i got that they didn't advertise?

She told me she will call me back, which i said i know u wouldn't and she refuse to listen to what i had to say and hang up the phone.

this is not the way to conduct business. these people are cons and should be investigated and shut down. they are ripping off people.

(My payment was times 6 becaue of my currency exchange.)

Its not right after having to deal with your order not coming right, u now have to deal with the attitude from their reps.

I'm now stuck with bags that my customers don't want because that's not the colours they wanted. Hoping that they get sold to make back the money i wasted

please don't let this happen to someone else. thank you
