BEWARE of return policy.  I ordered 4 chairs from Overstock.com for $1200.  When I initiated the return, the customer service rep told me that I would not receive a full refund because I opened the box that the chairs came in.  I asked how much of a refund I WOULD receive.  He said that he couldn't tell me for sure.  It could be anywhere between 60-80% because I opened the box the chair came in.  It's going to cost me $50 just to ship each chair back.  And Overstock thinks that people are going to send back $1200 worth of merchandise w/o knowing how much they are going to refund?  Crazy.  I definitely would think twice before purchasing from this company.  I'll be out $400 because I peaked in the box.
