I purchased a coat from them a size larger than I usually wear so I'd have extra room in it.
Upon arrival I tried it on and it was to my surprise, to small.
Contacted overstock.com and customer service told me it was not returnable due to it being a "Final Sale".
Tried to get the point across that it wasn't my fault it didn't fit and all the customer service rep kept saying is that it was not returnable due to it being a "Final Sale".
How is it that it's my fault the coat didn't fit???
They are by far the worst company I've ever dealt with and will NEVER deal with again.
Beware, stay away from these guy's.
