In order to have that single bath towel replaced, Overstock requires I return the entire set (at my expense) and engage in procedures to initiate a return AFTER they receive my merchandise.
I question any company that forces you to expend additional time, money, and effort to obtain what you've already purchased.
Having done several thousand dollars worth of business with overstock.com in the past, this transaction guarantees I won't be dealing with them again.
Extremely poor policies make customer service a dissatisfactory experience.
