sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. To support our high volume our shipping department works 18 hours a day, 6 days a week. Within minutes after an order is placed the shipping process has begun and it's impossible to change or cancel the order once an order is placed. If you don't want an order, refer to our Return Policy to find out how to return the merchandise.
Product Availability
Product Availability is subject to the Stock on hand. When your order is processed at the warehouse your product may not be available for immediate shipment. In this case you will be notified by email if part or all of your order is backordered. If a backordered item is unable to ship within 30 days, OverstockDeals.com will attempt to contact you to inform you of the extended lead-time. You will then have the right to accept the new lead-time or cancel the order for a full refund.
