Also when you purchase a home or car it is your sole responsibility to go over everything of the property you buy, also you should understand once you sign that agreement it becomes your problem he does not have to fix the A/C your not renting your buying, you knew what you where getting into, and if your a realtor you need your licenses revoked! I'm sure you used a computer to type this out they have a new thing called "Auto Correct" For god's Sake Please use it!!!

I apologize for calling you Idiot I'm not Buying  any property's from This People I just like to warrant people like my client's to be careful. Owner Self Finance Inc. target people from out of state. This customers they don't know anything about Sink holes property's. But anyways I see this report is all ready helping customers. 

I do understand your situation and everyday people may not check out situations before the enter agreements my points above were to idiots that jump off the ban wagon and think they know what they are talking about.I personally have seen the home they were talking about . I personally looked up information on this home.So I knew way before my friends got involved to the level you did.Point I was trying to make make is do your homework Spring Hill and surrounding areas are known for sinkholes

Hernando county even puts out a map for homeowners to see where the current sink hole activity was for that date and time. its an older map but if you see sinkholes listed in that area fixed or not you stay clear is all. I hope you get it all worked out. I have never had any wrong dealing with this Company and they own hundreds of homes here and surrounding areas.Best of luck...

May this year I did a Selling and Lease contract we Owner Self Finance Inc. 

We moved to this house we hire a contractor to paint the house and to install new carpets the house was so dirty take the contractor like one week to finished, them we moved my kids got sick due to the hi strong smell of cigars smoke in top all this the A/C stop working I call the Guy "Richard' like 10 times he never answer my phone calls. No choice but to hire a A/C company to come over and fixed A/C and them they have to clean all the duct systems. After one month in this house we notice that the floors are getting crack all over. I e mail "Richard" never got any answer I have no choices to call a floor company them i got the "BIG BAD NEWS" the house have a SINK HOLE and that's when hell got loses My wife got mad my father in Law he call a sink hole company and we got official report that the house is a sick home we a sink hole. After this events we hire a PI to investigate this company OMG!!. After talking we the Pasco Sheriff Detective and the Pasco County code enforcement inspectors we them knew we are in a middle of a scam. This people never put in the contract that this house is a sink hole home. I don't have no option to hire the best attorneys in town and now we going to take them to court. This people put my family in danger they don't care about any body they just contact me for the monthly payments we have roof leaks, the pool timer is out, sprinkle system out, water coming inside when rain hard and into this day they don't care. I my last e mail from 'Richard' he still say the house don't have any sink hole. After talking we the last owners they said they got pay off by the insurance company and them they sell the house to Wrobel Inc for $93k them this guys ask me $199k My father in Law he is a ex Judge and he said take this people to court and that what we doing.  

Take a look it will show you who pulled the permit date and etc... It allows you to view contact information of the contractor and the costs associated with it... So I know how to use my knowledge to optain information... I am in Real Estate myself..you need to leave your opinion with your situation and not include anyone and everyone as they have helped out several people with what they do... 

We call the Citrus County and they say this property never got fixed or repair by OWNER SELF FINANCE INC. They refer us to the Sheriff to file a complain due to many complain this company have in Central Florida. So you do your Homework before comments. 

Instead of coming off accusing people like this do your homework.If you would have researched this home before you got invloved the county records clearly states a sink hole property and tells you when and who fixed it and even how much it cost.It includes the date permit was pulled etc.. so get off the Rip off Kick truth be known they probably turned you down...
