Oxford Financial (Alliance) ripoff dishonest credit card fraud company false promises Champlain New York

I was contacted by Oxford Financial in April of 2005. The company contacted me and informed me that they worked with mastercard and i could reestablish my credit.

On April 07,2005 my bank card was debited in the amount of $249.00. I was told that they would send the card out in about 10-45 days. I waited and then i called the company and they told me that i would received a package in the mail to fill out.

Then i called them again and they told due to the holidays the card may be delayed. So i waited around to see if it would come and i never received any mastercard.

I didn't know anything really about how long it take to received the card i was going by what the company told me.
I was suppose to receive a mastercard with the credit limit of $2,000 and I never got it.

When i called my bank to find out another number for Oxford Financial they couldn't find a number for them and i told them the one i had for the company was disconnected.

So the guy in the customer service department said he would go online and try to find it for me since they didn't have one listed.

As he was searching the internet he told me that the company was a listed under credit card frauds company's and he transferred me to the loss management department.

So they sent me a fraud affidavit to fill out and i sent it back and then i got a letter in the mail stating that it was to late and there's nothing they can do.
It had to filed within 90 days.

I told them if i knew that it was a fraudulent company then i would have been filed the report and they told me that i just lost out on my $249.00.

So i strongly advise anyone who has given their information to this company ,please contact your bank within 90 days.
