Editors UPDATE: Positive Rating and Recognition has been given to Oxi Fresh
for its Commitment to Excellence in customer service.
Ripoff Reports review of this company has revealed their continuing commitment to total customer satisfaction. This means customers who call in to schedule carpet cleaning appointments with them can expect to deal with a professional company who provides honest quotes, thorough cleanings, and safe, green cleaning methods. And for those customers with complaints or problems, the Oxi Team does their best to find a mutually satisfactory resolution. Rather than trying to avoid dealing with these customers like many companies do, they do their best to help them and see the situation as an opportunity to learn from past mistakes.
Ripoff Report has confirmed that this company takes quality control very seriously. They are planning to release a fully updated guide to their cleaning system for all of their staff and are working on training videos to help technicians best understand the cleaning system. This is all part of their plan to provide more thorough support throughout all levels of the company so that they can go providing the best possible cleanings for their customers.
As we all know, no company is perfect and even one as good as Oxi Fresh is bound to get complaints. But we here at Ripoff Report feel that they do their best to resolve these issues quickly and effectively. Something we noticed in investigating this particular report, though, was that it was posted by the head of Oxymagic, David Iseley. Iseley is a competitor of Oxi Fresh and has numerous times attempted to slander his competition via online attacks. This is another of his attempts to use websites designed to assist consumers to further his own business agenda, an immature and inappropriate action.
Our policy at Ripoff Report is to never remove a report once it's posted, and so we'll keep this one up as well, but it's important to realize that it's not a condemnation of Oxi Fresh(R), but rather of the person who posted it.Read more about Oxi Fresh's Commitment to Excellence and Total Consumer Satisfaction and why consumers should feel safe, confident and secure when doing business with a member of Ripoff Report's Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program. ..yes, a long name for a program that does a lot for both consumers and businesses alike. NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED
The report below was found to be false. The poster is a competitor of Oxi Fresh and, after reviewing evidence and testimonials, we found the claims above to be misleading or complete fabrications. Oxi Fresh and it's president are not "copycats" but rather a legitimate business devoted to providing customers excellent products and services. Rip-off Report does not condone using it's sites as a means to slander competitors. Rip-off Report has confirmed that Oxi Fresh is a safe business.
Oxifresh - Jonathan Barnett A COPYCAT Franchise Lakewood Colorado
Jonathan Barnett was the former Vice President of Franchise Development for Oxymagic Carpet Cleaning Powered by Oxygen. Although he was a fiduciary of our company I found out that he was starting a "copycat franchise" while still employed by Oxymagic.
Our equipment manufacturer called me and stated that Jonathan had sent a fax to their office claiming to be the owner of trade secrets and wanted to share secrets about Oxymagic. This within itself is criminal by nature and there are several U.S.C. codes that Mr. Barnett violated. Breach of fiduciary duty, wire fraud and missapropriation of trade secrets.
This evidence was turned over to the FBI twice. I expect that since white collar crime is not a big priority it just got filed away.
Jonathan converted Oxymagic's call center that was located in Lakewood Colorado. The computers and employees and started answering the phones with his new company name. Our terrible attorney that we hired to represent us failed in getting us an injuction against this new company.
His franchise organization is very deceptive with a large portion owned by his friends and family. His mother and college buddies.
Jonathan has made his company Oxifresh look bigger than what it actually is and using that deception as social proof to sell more franchises. The FTC should come down on him hard but after all that has happened I have NO faith in our civil or criminal system.
Jonathan with his MBA should have known that all he was doing was causing consumer confusion in the marketplace but Jonathan has NO creativity and stole our business model. The only way he has survived is by having some quality people around him-period.
I would suggest that anyone looking into buying a franchise from Jonathan Barnett investigate him and his company before spending a dime.
