the next thing i knew my debit/ckg card had a charge for 149.95 on it.
i have left several phone messages, even to a cust service rep named reggie ext 103. i have never reached a live person, only a recording to leave yet another message. how angry that makes me i cannot say oooooooohhhhhhhhhhhh.
i am determined to get my money back if i have to call,write,and even sue.
any advice on the quickest path to success?
thank you for this site, i thought i was the only one being ripped off. i think we should start a class action law suit against this (these) company(ies).
