All I received was Tom's incessant lies, and the incredible pain that Tom inflicted on my wife
and 5 children by his deception.

Even though his work was not acceptable to our CTO, we still offered him stock.
However, he refused asking for cash only.
We are still willing to stand by our original stock offer for his time despite our inability to use his work product.
