Dennis is at it AGAIN. He has pissed off and ripped off enough people he is once again adding new sales staff to sale his service under a new name. His most recent name being HVAC Priceline. He is still the same greedy business owner he ever was. But each new name will allow him to market the old customers he already pissed off and lost as well as the sub contractors all over the US that he ripped off.
I just want to warn you because I know how this man operates. I am one he ripped off as well. He is saavy enough on the law that these NASA agreements ALWAYS arrive after your vendor profile is complete and signed so come court time, he has both pieces as if you had both when you signed. That part asking for your 'normal hourly rate'.... that means nothing. The way the NASA agreement reads, with that Vendor Profile, he will have you over a barrell and he will win. Court is his hobby and it doesn't matter what state you are in. He is financially able to go wherever you are and fight. However, read closely, it says Venue is in California..... Check references before you jut work for him. Ask to be paid in advance. Tell him to purchase the parts and send them to the site so you are not out any money. He has enough, so that YOU don't get ripped off. Be smart, I'm warning you.
As for the customer side of things.... do the same, look him up. You may find you quit business with him already because many of you already have done business with him under at least 2 of these business names and didn't even realize it. Read what these subcontractors have to say. They are not making it up.
I don't know how a person could report or stop such a deceitful business practice when they operate in so many states, with sub contractors in so many states, but if it can be done, I'd like to help.
Most of all, watch out for yourself, do your homework and don't let him get away with ripping off anyone else again!!!!!
