JIM CICH is the CEO PADDOCK POOLS based in Phoenix, Arizona. As CEO of PADDOCK JIM CICH went out of his way to mistreat and abuse an 82 year old man, by refusing to pay the elderly man commissions and salary earned. Check this out...JThis will disgust you. Paddock Pools is based in Arizona, but they have offices in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Las Vegas division was struggling mightily, with slow sales and on the brink of being shut down. So, in desperation to save the Las Vegas operation, Jim Cich sent the 82 year old man to Las Vegas, Nevada where the Paddock sales were suffering. The 82 year old man, with 50 years experience in the pool business, delivered big time for Paddock. Within a period of a few days, the 82 year old PRO, had sold 3 pools, and a Spa! The 82 year man generated sales totalling over $100,000.00! However,upon his return to Phoenix, instead of being congratulated on an awesome job done, JIM CICH fired him..and then REFUSED to pay the man his back pay, expenses and earned commissions. Instead, JIM CICH fired the man, and had the 82 year old frail man "escorted" out of the building. This is outrageous, and PADDOCK POOLS should be ashamed at abusing this old times in this manner. When the elderly man asked for his commissions, back salary and expenses, JIM CICH refused to talk to him, and instead made him speak to JOYCE WIERZ, Mr. Cich's assistant. Joyce promised to have the "payroll department" make things right, but she lied too. To this date, the 82 year old man has recieved nothing! Ripping off a 82 year old man is reprehensible and contemptible. However, that is what JIM CICH did. Joyce Wierz is an old battle Ax..you know what I mean. She is a tough old broad, who allows her effeminate boss, JIM CICH to hide behind her smoke screen. Joyce is a willing participant in the abuse of an 82 year old man, who only wants the compensation due and owing to him. According Joyce's friends, she has always been dishonest and shady. Snall wonder she and Jim Cich get along so well.

JIM CICH is the CEO PADDOCK POOLS based in Phoenix, Arizona. As CEO of PADDOCK, JIM CICH controls every molecule in the Paddock Pools Home office. Jim Cich, went out of his way to mistreat and abuse an 82 year old man, by refusing to pay the elderly man commissions and salary he earned. Check this out...You will not believe this...Paddock Pools is based in Arizona, but they have offices in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Las Vegas division was struggling mightily, with slow sales and on the brink of being shut down. So, in desperation to save the Las Vegas operation, Jim Cich sent the 82 year old man to Las Vegas, Nevada to see if he could improve the sales. Incredibly, The 82 year old man, with his 50 years experience in the pool business, delivered big time for Paddock. Within a period of a few days, the 82 year old PRO, had sold 3 pools, and a Spa! This old pro sold MORE in 3 days, than the entire office had sold in several months! The 82 year man generated sales totalling over $100,000.00! However,upon his return to Phoenix, instead of being congratulated on an awesome job well done, JIM CICH fired him..and then REFUSED to pay the man his back pay, expenses and earned commissions. Then, adding insult to injury JIM CICH had the 82 year old frail man "escorted" out of the building. This is outrageous, JIM CICH and PADDOCK POOLS should be ashamed at abusing this old timer in this manner. When the elderly man asked for his commissions, back salary and expenses, JIM CICH refused to talk to him, and instead made him speak to JOYCE WIERZ, Mr. Cich's assistant. Joyce promised to have the "payroll department" make things right, but she lied too. To this date, the 82 year old man has recieved nothing! Ripping off an 82 year old man, who survives on his meager Social Security, is reprehensible and contemptible. However, that is what JIM CICH did. SHAME on PADDOCK POOLS...

JIM CICH is a nasty bully, who uses his position @ PADDOCK POOLS to run roughshod over vulnerable folks, especially ELDERLY folks. He is also a COWARD, who hides behind his lying assistant JOYCE WIERZ, who willingly assists JIM CICH in his unethical conduct toward the elderly and vulnerable.
