He believed he was purchasing physical silver and gold, where in reality they were performing Margin Trading and lost a massive sum of his money when the price of silver dipped. They happily took an extremely large commission on the loss, and then a second commission when they made another poor purchase with the leftover money. Once the money was used up, not a single phone call. No remorse, no caring, no actual desire to perform a service to a client and profit anyone but themselves. Just massive commissions taken without any conviction about loosing nearly 350,000$ from a man dying of cancer and a recent stroke victim.
Please, if you know of anyone or are yourself considering doing business with this company, contact an attorney before getting involved and they will point out to you the obvious holes and scams this company is ready to pull.
