Meanwhile we had one and wanted service techs. to put the machine in for us, and were put off again for 30 days. when a tech from Saganaw, Wisc. came he only installed it in a business we had found ourselfs and set up..He did not hook it up and told us we would have to buy a satilite dish ,for it to work and told us that it was to make it run more efficiently..That was another 4600.00 dollars added to the already 30,000.00 dollars already given for the machines that they said were setting right there and would be sent out in a week if we bought both. Now the tech who was sent to set up and install the machine, only installed the machine in the business but said he could not finish the job ,because he had to have us pay to have the right cable installed from the satilite he put on the roof of the business ,to the machine in the business.
We were told there would be no cost to us for installation , but we were charged another fee of 1800.00 dollars to have an electrician come and professionally put in the cables needed . The tech. did not wait around for to finish the job ,he had said he would be back in a week to put the system online.He never has returned ,and on top of it has the reciever to the satylite, he took the dam thing with him instead of leaving it. Now we have a satylite that is without a reciever , a machine that was not installed, and out 34,600.00 dollars in debt.We had to hire a local internet computor guy for 1000.00 dollars to come finish the job and also had to hook up the machine to cable whichcosts us 100.00 dollars per month , instead of the free service promised in the contract. Two weeks ago we recieved the second machine in bad shape ,thru FedX , and had to spend another 1200.00 dollars to install that one in our other business. When we finally got them online , Pantheon ,stated to us that they were changing banks and it would be a week before they could send us our credit card cash made buy our machines, thru the ecommerce part of the machine. This we are still waiting on ,but found out that thru there company have but on our machines a webcite where people who have wireless pay direct to Pantheon for their wireless instead of thru our e- commerce account we had sent up with them. We are only recieving cash from our machines because of this at about 12.00 dollars a week out of both machines.
Which does not even come close to the cost of the internet service we pay out a month. As for the great advertisers that were to set up to help with the income of the machines, they are and never were even set up at all, but we were told now that it is our responcibilty to do and find them.So we set here with now over 43,000.00 dollars in debt, and have two machines that we are only making 12.00 dollars / machine.. We are unable to talk to anyone about this at Pantheon ,and when we do try to get someone in charge on the phone we are told they are never there or we are to fend for ourselfs. I want justice for this and them to pay me back for the junk they say was going to bring me 3500.00 dollars a month in income from customers and advertisers. WE are only simple folk who were taken by this big rich company who can care less about us, it just is not right. We have nothing but metal junk and a out of date computor to show for our trust in what was to be a trusted company.
