ON 11/01/2012. I FIRST contacted brad or jacob what ever there names are looking for a rim they said they have it and i should get it 7 to 10 days later no problem. called to findout where was my product couldnt reach anyone but left mess, got call from someone on the 15th let them know i was not happy this persons called to ask me about the rim i order as if they did not have any in there wharehouse as i was told they did when i purchased the item. told that person that i did not recieve confirmation email he said i should be getting one shortly IT NEVER HAPPEN. NOW ITS LIKE TWO WEEKS LATERSTILL NOTHING SO I CALL SPEAK TO BRAD TELL HIM I DONT NEED THE PRODUCT ANYMORE ITS BEEN A MONTH HE TELLS ME HE CANT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK WITHOUT ANY EXPLANTION AT ALL. SAID HE WANTED TO CHECK THE WHAREHOUSE. TOLD HIM I DIDNT NEED THE RIM ANYMORE I JUST WANTED A REFUND. WAS TOLD HE WOULD CALLME BACK THAT DAY WITH AND ANSWER IT NEVER HAPPEN. DAY TWO SPOKE WITH I GUESS jacob he told me brad was not there and to call back at 2:30pm. I called this time there phone was sending me straight to busy signal. So i call this morning seeking help once again after playing pass the message with jacob and brad brad finally picked the phone up and then proceeded to tell me my product was shipped wed im guessing day before thanksgiving. still no confirmation letter. why did it take him so long to tell me that hehadshipped this product i did not need anymore total pricing for my rim was 429.00 now when u do the math 25% restocking fee. plus shipping. they just made money me by giving me the sham for month. on part they never had anyway. oh and by the way brad my military buddies will no not to give you a call they wouldnt want there hard earn money going to waste. but im cont to fight the good fight so you can sit behind a desk and continue to swindle people out of the money. remember foriegn or domestic......
