Pat Breeden, 614 Allison Avenue, SW, Roanoke, Virgina. Home Phone number: 504-985-9603. E-bay Sellers and all business owners watch out for this customer! Do No Business with Pat Breeden. Pat Breeden ripped me off on a sale item won and bid on E-bay On-line Auctions. Auction #: 7573819636. Look it up--this auction still available on E-bay.
Pat Breeden will receive a warranted Bad Negative Feedback from Seller. These types just pick out individual sellers on E-bay to cause harm! They are "JEALOUS" of their items being sold and have too much time on their hands! This Buyer was no different than a few others dealt.
Pat Breeden is being added to this site as all others who have been placed here for Sellers and Companies to learn of their underhanded and unlawful dealings. Pat Breeden refused to pay me after winning this auction and totally ignored me. From the beginning there was no volunteering to ever make payment and they thought they had worked it out so that they could state the Seller had done something wrong.
We all know this type don't we Sellers?! I filed a Dispute on E-bay in regard to a Non-Paying Bidder Alert. Pat Breeden ignores Sellers. Pat Breeden is a con artist and will not pay even when Dispute is filed. Pat Breeden is a lier-stating was out of town--did not know they had won--AFTER Seller filed the Dispute--way these con types always do. Sellers--we all know this type but this one took it to the limit!
I lost a huge amount of money off this buyer--A Strike was placed on their account but Buyer states E-bay took it off! Pat Breeden, a known PARROT HEAD from Virginia, appears to have drank up the money on this out of town trip--as her nasty, rude, beligerant attitude through e-mails were slurred and very poor english when I approached them many times to make payment.
Watch out for those Parrot Head Buyers! We do very little business now because of poor paying records of known Jimmy Buffett fans aka PARROT HEADS. Pat Breeden won a Jimmy Buffett Street Sign and never paid me! Square Trade is in progress and file will be held open for as long as it takes to force this customer to pay up.
If anyone knows any further bad behavior in regard to this person--please add it to this Complaint so all will know. Pat Breeden believes Non-Paying Buyers can really get away with something--when behind a computer box. BadBusinessBureau.com shows these sorts otherwise. Thank you!
Harassment complaint was also filed with local authorities--report then goes to police dept. in Roanoke, VA upon our notice. We have placed her in Collections as of January 27th, 2006.

NON PAYING BIDDERS MONOPOLIZE EBAY AUCTIONS

Many Sellers on E-bay continue to experience Non-Paying Bidders like this Pat Breeden. This Seller, I repeat, is not alone with being jilted by many buyer/bidders. Since I sell too, on E-bay, of course I know many other Sellers that do also. In our efforts--attempting to work with E-bay with the Disputes and Refunds from Non-Paying Bidders on our sales--E-bay has failed every time to support us sellers that bring all the products to the table for sale--making them all their money. I wholely support this Seller who filed this report--I know exactly what he and many other sellers go through monthly with receiving no payments. These Non-Paying Bidders better get a life--this Feedback Record reflects their behavior and generally never the Sellers behavior whatsoever. I have also checked all the feedback into this Sellers record and find that they have always paid each and every seller on purchases made and their appears to be no fault here toward this Seller--one reason for myself writing once again to support all honest sellers on E-bay.
It appears there has not been any posts until this Pat Breeden--she can't let it down that she is guilty of jilting someone on E-bay or probably even more Sellers on E-bay--many Sellers do not use the Feedback system anymore because it is not worth their time, it is working for any of the professional individuals so...who knows how many people Pat Breedan has really "taken"--who cares a lick about her anyway?? The problem lies with the company-E-bay--and their poor business practices. I have more customers, yet today, as the time has rolled on--since this post--that also have not paid me. I will also be reporting them in their own reports as usual--this still will happen and still goes on by many Sellers who experience these bad awful people like this Pat and many others. Buyers--wake up--you will come to an end with your unprofessional bad behavior--it will catch up to each and everyone of you. We really do not care what happens to you at all.

Have you folks noticed this guys feedback rating pattern on EBay. In every single case where he gets a negative review (EBay shows in this month alone he has gotten 2 negative feedbacks) that he always says the buyer lied. He always says the buyer was stalking him. It is very interesting to me because he is the one doing the very things he accuses everyone else of doing.

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT WON AGAINST E-BAY & PAYPAL 2004 SAN FRANCISO, CALIF.

Since I was a part of the Class Action Lawsuit-San Francisco, CA--2004--that was originated by the law firm and by two other Sellers that sued PayPal/E-bay and won--which entitled me and hundreds of other Sellers to receive monetary damages from them-I believe I have received much information I need about what I can do in regard to E-bay/PayPal. If E-bay does not follow their own rules and the laws of the land-who should care about what they do or think--Well...there are other Sellers who DO!--and we all saw what happened to them--if they keep it up--we all know again...what will happen to E-bay/PayPal over and over until they "Get It". When a company despises the sellers--they are "Cutting Their Own Throats"! Since my career is not a hobby business on E-bay--my daughter manages our account--just a little bit of spending money for now...I really have nothing to be concerned. I got my settlement money last year in 2005.
I am into commercial real estate selling in 3 different states--and frankly, if I had to live off what only a few Buyers pay on E-bay--well I would have probably died of starvation by now.
E-bay has a terrible awful reputation when it comes to business--they can't handle it! Meg got dumped by a man once upon a time--was in the my local newspaper--and her revenge always shows every day in her very unprofessional business practices. Since she believes she needs no help to rid herself of her old baggage--I am sure her business will continue to suffer...as it already has/is--and will be more of a struggle every day--from here on out...unless she finds a way to get her self re-aligned and get off the anger--Anger Mgt. Classes are definitely a Need!

Users WILL NOT:
post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information);
take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings systems (such as displaying, importing or exporting feedback information off of the Site or for using it for purposes unrelated to eBay);
harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.
Here's the user agreement!

If you do not want your Name, Address, and Telephone Number exposed to others--from any where--Stop buying or selling on the Internet!-- all your problems will be solved right now! Idenity Theft?--why bring that up NOW...AFTER the fact??--after you have already exposed yourself to millions of folks in the U.S. as well as in Europe and Over seas--those you Do Not Even Know!One must know what they are doing!--if you continue to shop and pay with On-line Auctions and on other Websites?! Every one knows that E-bay is not a business that is fool proof either and there are many numerous problems with a few Sellers and many Buyers on there--No Hidden Truth here! Do your research BEFORE...you whine about what you have already done with your own hand!
There are many complaints on RipOff.com in regard to E-bay and PayPal Companies customers--and also on other websites just like this one--Oh, you didn't know there are other websites we can also report your name and information to as well? Well of course there are! Do some reseach on your own behalf...BEFORE you start blaming others for your own bad attitudes and behaviors! Now, I can call her and pretend to be a collection agency. She can pay me $10.00 and settle the account in full.
If I wanted to get creative, I could use my $29 printer and print up an official looking form, pretending to be a lawyer doing the same, using a fake name with an Esq. tag.
In your zeal to smear the name of someone who did you wrong (well, still undecided), you opened YOUR CUSTOMER, to an ENDLESS possibility of fraud. THAT was my objection.
Gee, you forgot to put down her social security number and date of birth, for pete's sake.
Pat, it dawned on me today - you might contact your credit agencies and mention that you want a "watch for suspicious activity" put on your credit reports for a year. It will probably cost a fee. Use the 15 bucks you were going to send Mark and get that done. I strongly recommend it.
Mark apparently has never dealt with a thing called "identity theft". I have. It takes a name, an address and a phone number.

Pat, It is too bad that you have to go thru what you are going thru with this "seller" It is amazing, he can't blast you on ebay so he takes his beef here. and I noticed HE didn't include his user id so that we could see for ourselves his feedback, we had to "investigate". Anyway, Pat, I am sure you realize you have nothing to fear from him, you have secured your reputation with your outstanding feedback!

I have read over this E-bay Complaint and all the Rebuttals and I must agree with the guy who filed this complaint and with the many other E-bay Sellers and with Other E-bay & PayPal Complaints listed on this site! I have been "TRYING" to sell on E-bay, also, off and on for about 6 years. This particular guy's complaint on this site really sums up my situations selling on E-bay exactly! I closed my PayPal Account out too in January 2006! A lot less headaches for me now! I am confronted with the exact same problems he speaks-many liars with as many excuses for not paying as one can imagine and none of what they state is true. These types never have any money--and No Money upon bidding and winning on E-bay. They just hide behind the computer believing they can do whatever they want but those of us who have experienced these problems, way too many times on E-bay, are finding other ways to expose them so other Sellers will not do business with any of them! I speak of all the Non-Paying Bidders who scam sellers! E-bay does not stand behind the Sellers on their site and we are the ones who bring all the merchandise to sell-to their business! E-bay makes gobs of money off the items the SELLER brings to SELL and off the LISTING FEES when a Bidder/Buyer does not pay us for the auction won! Sellers have to ALWAYS file a Dispute against each and every Buyer who does not pay to at least get ONLY ONE of the 2 fees paid by Sellers refunded-that being the value fee (percent of selling price to E-bay). Sellers DO LOSE THEIR LISTING FEES all the time! These fees do add up! If it was not for us Sellers-E-bay would not make any money-plain and simple! I have found other sites that work better for me on the Internet as well as creating my own website page--I have found a great way to target many many sellers to my own website and I do not have to deal with this E-BAY FEEDBACK CRAP! I would be glad to help out this guy any way I can to assist him in doing what I have done! I am still selling on E-bay but generally only sell about 10 auctions now and I place hard and fast disclaimers on my descriptions so to avoid these loser Non-Paying Bidders away from my auctions! All of us that have been listed by name, address, and phone number or any combination therof in the prior proceeding by seller, Ebay user name flkracker66 or email address gatewayflshoppe@earthlink.com are listing a complaint through Ebay and through the FCC for harassment, libel, and fraudulent lising of information. Several of us have also filed stalking and harassment claims through other online agencies.
Ebay is aware of this predator. It is obvious through his feedback (even though the poor man can't spell) what his intentions are. He slams everyone who has a problem with him.
Ebay buyers beware.

You keep saying that she is a liar, why? Because she said that she was out of town and didn't know that she had won?????
And before you say well everyone has the internet and she could've checked. My FIL doesn't have it, and neither do my husband's grandparents. So if she was in a similiar circumstance where could she have checked? (Also before you mention that they could have had it. How many times do you leave your family whom you might not have seen in awhile, to check on an internet auction.)
She says she tried to make good by bidpay. But I do know that they just went out of business.

Long time family of Sellers on E-bay continue to report ALL Buyers on E-bay who jilt sellers. We have yet another 2 more problem buyers jilting Sellers, guilty of harassment, threatening e-mails, and etc. We have had to file complaints with the law--there is no other way to Stop the problems. My long time friend and law counselor has highly recommended to us-since we are involved with much Computer Internet Sales--and because of our dealing with many people who believe that they can hide behind the box and commit crimes-to not allow anyone to get away with this behavior. No one should be allowed to break the law in this way nor any way-file reports and complaints against them--with constant persistence it will probably improve and be lessened. So far...he has been correct. We have experienced many lies-You will hear: I was out of town, I had to leave the country, I had two deaths in my family, I had a funeral, I was in a car accident, I was sick, my kids got sick--the stories go on and on! Also we have had some Buyers ask to "trade" merchandise to avoid making any payment...after the auction is over they have already won! Every excuse imagineable for not paying, jealousy of items being sold, and late pays--taking weeks and some months to pay on E-bay! We have checked into some of the stories--just out of curiosity--to find we were right--they were not true. These sorts always believe they are smarter than--absolutely everyone else they come in contact any place. Far from the truth. Most of these trouble makers Never Pay! Sellers and potential New Sellers on E-bay-BEWARE! of these two individuals: 1) Loren Cargill-North Carolina-JILTED 3 AUCTIONS-$100.+! and 2)Cathy & Paul Wilens-Modesto, CA--Do Not Deal With This Couple or you will wish you didn't! Sellers Do Not Hesitate To File Reports Here on those Bad Bidder Buyers on E-bay Who Refuse To Pay You! Negative Feedback and Disputes with E-bay won't take care of your problems with these sorts at all! E-bay talks out of both sides of their mouth. Reports here on RipOff.com are working for Many Of Us Sellers!!--we are seeing a gradual slow down of Non Paying Buyers--now in Jan.-Feb. 2006 on E-bay-those refusing to Pay Sellers--after we have began reporting many of these individuals! Please check your concerns and those Buyers with trouble by their Last Name here on Bad Business Bureau.com This site is the best avenue in the country right now where one can go to find Facts about companies-like E-bay & PayPal, past bad business dealings, many other businesses, bad customer buyers and much much more! After rereading this "gentleman's" statements, this forum needs to know that this guy is lying through his teeth. Yes, I bid on an item and after being harassed and threatened refused to pay for it. I wanted nothing whatsoever to do with this guy. He has lied about my feedback record. He has lied about the fact that I'm harassing him when it's the other way around. I have had to block him from my emails to not have to hear from him. My feedback rating and his should show the truth. He leaves the same negative feedback consistently about others ... he feels they harassed him and lied. Notice the pattern? He has lied about a negative rating and a strike being on my Ebay account. I have been informed by Ebay that this isn't so and all of you can look for yourselves and read my ratings if you like. In fact, I hope you will. I am so sorry I ever wanted to buy anything from this parrothead. I bid on what I want and I pay for it almost immediately every time. I have never ever had a negative rating in over 5 years with Ebay ... never! With two other honest sellers, I've even paid their listing fees if something didn't work out right. I am sorry that Ebay has chosen to give out my personal information to this "gentleman". I have writeen them about this. Interesting too that he assumes I have so many relatives and friends and aliases. Pat

I was informed by a concerned party that this "gentleman" had filed a report against me on this service so I'd like to share my own story. I did indeed try to buy an item, a $15 item (Don't understand how this seller is out of so so much money) from this "gentleman." It was over Christmas holidays and I was out of town. When I returned and tried to pay I emailed him and told him my circumstances and how it was easier to use an online paying method that trying to find time to get a money order. The seller suggested BidPay. I tried to pay and BidPay was going out of business and would not take any new customers. I emailed the seller at this point and for several days he did not answer me. Then he began threatening me, using abusive language, harassing me, etc. At that point, I contacted Ebay and informed them of the situation and his threats and was satisfied with just not paying ... something I'd never done before in years of being with Ebay and excellent feedback. This seller just won't leave me alone. He continues to act like he's some sort of official that works for Square Trade or Ebay and sends me threatening emails (threatens to go to some relative of mine who lives 20 miles from me ... interesting since I have no relatives around here ... to collect his big $15), accuses me of "drinking my money away" and continually purchasing things on Ebay with no regards of how to pay for them or not. I refuse to answer or respond to this threatening, harassing, abusive, obviously disturbed individual. He has been reported to Ebay and all correspondence from him is being sent directly to them as well as his new attempts to libel. As my feedback shows, I am an excellent Ebayer with excellent feedback both in buying and selling. He on the other hand has problems with many people and always, always, says they are liars and they are threatening him. I wonder how this man has so much free time to slander and libel others and why he finds it so much fun! Thanks to good honest sellers and buyers on Ebay it is still worthwhile but others will be warned about this guy. I'd hate to think what he would do for $20 or more. Really all he is out is an enormous amount of time and about a $.90 listing fee. Whew! Pat

I've been ripped off for a $1001.00 purchase, none of which Ebay refunded, despite their "guarantee". It happens. Ebay doesn't care, and that's NO secret. But that doesn't give you the right to be a vigilante, either.
What you're asking for is a guarantee that you'll make money. Open a 7-11 store, and you can't guarantee some kid isn't going to pocket candy bars. Sometimes, BUSINESSES LOSE MONEY.
It's called Buyer Beware. And Seller Beware. You're obviously not willing to accept that, so stop turning other people's information as your form of retaliation.
Here's an idea, since you have all of your customer's information: Hire a collection agency. Take them to small claims court. Write it off at the end of the year on your taxes as a loss. Or just open an online store. Posting people's information, and then accusing them, name calling and then not even inviting them to defend themselves is a poor show.
And "warning us of the dangers of Ebay" is a trite way of side-stepping the fact that you're not getting the sympathy you want.
So to make it fair, I sent your contact an email with the link to this site, so that they can see what they are accused of and maybe respond here. I need two sides of the story before I make up my mind.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I never viewed "ripoffreport" as a venting site only - I always hoped that perhaps two parties can come together and share a mutual understanding out of what is obviously a misunderstanding.
If you posted MY personal information on the net (thereby violating Ebay's policy, which you follow SO closely!) over a less than $15.00 dispute, I'd see you in court, and for more than a $15.00 damage award. Especially if, as a result, someone called and harassed me. If I were you, I'd be hoping that no-one who viewed your complaint was crazy enough to call your buyer and scream "theif" before hanging up 10 times a day.
YOU furnished the information to an unrealted site of business (which is why Ebay only discloses the info between buyer and seller), and YOU CAN be held responsible, particularly if she moved away from an abusive spouse who locates her this way.

Purpose of this complaint- to the general public audience-is to show all Non-Paying Bidder amd Buyers on E-bay On-line Auctions and to show what the entire majority of Sellers on E-bay go through WEEKLY, MONTHLY, and YEARLY! Each Non-Paying Bidder I must deal is followed through the E-bay Non-Paying Bidder Alert Complaint Dept. & System-As instructed by E-bay and their Agreement. As a Seller If I do not follow the rules I will never receive my Value Fee Credited back to my account when some buyer login E-bay member Refuses to pay me and other Sellers. E-bay NEVER returns the listing fees! Beware! ALL "Potential Sellers" with On-line Auction Services! Each Non-Paying Bidder receives a "DISPUTE" filed against them-A "STRIKE" given their login account, a "NEGATIVE Feedback" on Feedback Forum Record, and also a RipOff.com Report for the same reasons as Pat Breeden, in this complaint. I did get your feeback rating wrong. I misread the numbers and I apoligize. You are 97.6 or whatever instead of 95. What I am trying to say though, is I looked at Pats rating, and Pat is at 100% with no negatives in the past 12 months.
You however, have gotten into it with several people in the past month. 4 negatives and 4 neutrals is not good. Thats 8 out of 90 total feedbacks or close to it. So for the past month that is about 91%. And, for anyone that does ebay even a little bit knows 91% is someone to avoid.

Sir, your feedback score is 97.6% and not 98%. Your adding a couple of point's isn't going to help your case. Now, let's see if I can help with your delusions here... I'm not Pat, nor a friend of Pats nor a relative of.
I don't know Pat on a personal or Internet level or in any way, shape or form other than you having brought her name to this site. I'm also not the Easter bunny though that might be him living under a pine tree in my backyard.
I can see sir, that you are a vengeful person and that explains your retaliatory feedback on e-bay and on here. It also explains you seeing Pat in the shadows. Again, you are never wrong therefor I (and the rest that responded here) must be connected to Pat because how dare I (we) add my (our) 2 cents to your weirdness.
Sir, you're getting all weird over what you call a huge amount of $14.76. Your weirdness is the only thing getting hugeexposure.

Pat Breeden-Can get all her friends and relatives she wants to rebuttal my report and they can use all the fake and fictious names they choose. It doesn't change her record nor this Complaint. Pat Breeden has still not paid me for this auction contract on E-bay. Square Trade Mediation in Progress and report to Collections has been filed by my company. That is all that I am contesting against this Non-Paying Buyer on E-bay. My E-bay Feedback is 98%-yet more untruths brought to the rebuttal here about this Seller--once again. Pat Breeden's friends and family can lie for her, on her behalf, and that behaviour will never change her/their bad attitude nor her Non-Paying Record and Strike against her E-bay member login account. My report has gotten and is receiving the huge exposure I have wanted and what Pat Breeden deserves. More lies and bad conduct, bad attitude, or lies brought here by her and her friends means nothing to the case but that they all have plenty of time on their hands to repeatedly Name Call and "DEFEND" themselves over and over and bring up other Non-Paying Bidders who have also received a "STRIKE" and NEGATIVE Feedback on their records too--to make Pat Breeden look better? No not at all--it is only showing that Pay Breeden must be the decitful individual she really has shown a Seller/Business. I will remain always with the original complaint I have always stated at all times--never changing my report--with No Name Calling and no lies about myself nor about this Seller and with honest truth about this Contract Sale. All Sellers, on E-bay, deal with these Non Paying Bidder Types often like Pat Breeden who are jealous of certain Sellers items they sell and will not pay them. This web site and my report works. I report all Buyers who are violators on E-bay and other locations who jilt me and do not pay me on Contract Sales and I will continue to do so no matter what the % of the Feedback record reads. Buyers change, run out of money, lose jobs, over spend, bid when they have no have money and then Cannot or Will Not pay. Upon this kind of behaviour these Reports are necssary and will be always filed. Many Sellers on E-bay file these same Reports here and they, too, will continue.

Sir, you are sadly mistaken and if you had half a brain, you'd do a search on this site and would see that I've been a member and of this site for many months. On this section of this site alone, you would find many rebuttals written by me but because I have called things as I see them, you have become paranoid. Please, sir, see if you can get some help for that.
Next...Pat has exemplary feedback while yours on the other hand is waving red flags all over the place. Again, I would never ever bid on your items. My own personal feedback on e-bay is 100% out of 108 items bought. I buy high-end items and I do not bid on items from sellers with a track record like yours. And what I mean by yours, is not only the poor rating that you have but the trail of weirdness you're leaving behind. Like Sean said, it's a bunch of gibberish.
Last but not least...I suppose that you think Sean is Pat too? Sorry Mark but you're off the mark and your rocker too.

I have been on Ebay since 2000. I have 1 negative feedback in 6 years, and that was because the guy was trying to scam me for a refund AFTER he got the item.
Looking at your auctions, I wouldn't buy a thing from you. Most of the auction #'s are private. Why would you do that? Your feedback rating for the past year is horrible. 13 negative feedbacks in 1 year is unacceptable in my book. I would never buy from you.

I also know the type of seller you are... The type that everyone is wrong and you are always right. Your own feedback is nothing to brag about so this tells me that you have some of your own issues to work on. I wouldn't bid on anything you sell.
In every bad feedback you've received, not once do you admit any fault. It's always the other guy's fault and then you give them retaliatory feedback on top of it... Feedback that seems very much off the wall at times.
