Pat Breeden will receive a warranted Bad Negative Feedback from Seller. These types just pick out individual sellers on E-bay to cause harm! They are "JEALOUS" of their items being sold and have too much time on their hands! This Buyer was no different than a few others dealt.
Pat Breeden is being added to this site as all others who have been placed here for Sellers and Companies to learn of their underhanded and unlawful dealings. Pat Breeden refused to pay me after winning this auction and totally ignored me. From the beginning there was no volunteering to ever make payment and they thought they had worked it out so that they could state the Seller had done something wrong.
We all know this type don't we Sellers?! I filed a Dispute on E-bay in regard to a Non-Paying Bidder Alert. Pat Breeden ignores Sellers. Pat Breeden is a con artist and will not pay even when Dispute is filed. Pat Breeden is a lier-stating was out of town--did not know they had won--AFTER Seller filed the Dispute--way these con types always do. Sellers--we all know this type but this one took it to the limit!
I lost a huge amount of money off this buyer--A Strike was placed on their account but Buyer states E-bay took it off! Pat Breeden, a known PARROT HEAD from Virginia, appears to have drank up the money on this out of town trip--as her nasty, rude, beligerant attitude through e-mails were slurred and very poor english when I approached them many times to make payment.
Watch out for those Parrot Head Buyers! We do very little business now because of poor paying records of known Jimmy Buffett fans aka PARROT HEADS. Pat Breeden won a Jimmy Buffett Street Sign and never paid me! Square Trade is in progress and file will be held open for as long as it takes to force this customer to pay up.
If anyone knows any further bad behavior in regard to this person--please add it to this Complaint so all will know. Pat Breeden believes Non-Paying Buyers can really get away with something--when behind a computer box. BadBusinessBureau.com shows these sorts otherwise. Thank you!
Harassment complaint was also filed with local authorities--report then goes to police dept. in Roanoke, VA upon our notice. We have placed her in Collections as of January 27th, 2006.

It appears there has not been any posts until this Pat Breeden--she can't let it down that she is guilty of jilting someone on E-bay or probably even more Sellers on E-bay--many Sellers do not use the Feedback system anymore because it is not worth their time, it is working for any of the professional individuals so...who knows how many people Pat Breedan has really "taken"--who cares a lick about her anyway?? The problem lies with the company-E-bay--and their poor business practices. I have more customers, yet today, as the time has rolled on--since this post--that also have not paid me. I will also be reporting them in their own reports as usual--this still will happen and still goes on by many Sellers who experience these bad awful people like this Pat and many others. Buyers--wake up--you will come to an end with your unprofessional bad behavior--it will catch up to each and everyone of you. We really do not care what happens to you at all.

I am into commercial real estate selling in 3 different states--and frankly, if I had to live off what only a few Buyers pay on E-bay--well I would have probably died of starvation by now.
E-bay has a terrible awful reputation when it comes to business--they can't handle it! Meg got dumped by a man once upon a time--was in the my local newspaper--and her revenge always shows every day in her very unprofessional business practices. Since she believes she needs no help to rid herself of her old baggage--I am sure her business will continue to suffer...as it already has/is--and will be more of a struggle every day--from here on out...unless she finds a way to get her self re-aligned and get off the anger--Anger Mgt. Classes are definitely a Need!

Let me respond:
Try the following rules off of Ebay's OWN policy: (italics, (), and words were copied and pasted VERBATIM)
Users WILL NOT:
post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information);
take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings systems (such as displaying, importing or exporting feedback information off of the Site or for using it for purposes unrelated to eBay);
harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.

You just broke three rules (Mark, in all fairness, only broke two) and say you'll do it AGAIN. And I didn't even GET to Ebay's official privacy policy. That was just the USER policy. Educate yourself.

There are many complaints on RipOff.com in regard to E-bay and PayPal Companies customers--and also on other websites just like this one--Oh, you didn't know there are other websites we can also report your name and information to as well? Well of course there are! Do some reseach on your own behalf...BEFORE you start blaming others for your own bad attitudes and behaviors! I post Non-Paying Bidders on here too--so does my sister who sells on E-bay and we are Not going to quit--and we will expose their names, addresses, and phone numbers. Hey! This seems to be working! All Non-Paying Bidders Get Used to being exposed for what you are! We OWE it to You for jilting us and causing us money losses! We don't care about that Feedback crap--Since the Non-Paying Bidder/Buyers don't seem to care a lick about any Seller on there! I will NEVER be afraid of the E-bay Company! As long as the fees/money does not come out of your pocket, right? More of the Non-Payers need to leave the On-line Auction System and as fast as they can! "SAVE WHAT MIGHT BE LEFT" of your already BAD Credit Reports--Listen to that guy from CA. Stop Laying Blame on everyone else-that poor behavior never got anyone anywhere! Thanks for posting the phone number and address of Pat, Mark. That's really helpful.
Now, I can call her and pretend to be a collection agency. She can pay me $10.00 and settle the account in full.
If I wanted to get creative, I could use my $29 printer and print up an official looking form, pretending to be a lawyer doing the same, using a fake name with an Esq. tag.
In your zeal to smear the name of someone who did you wrong (well, still undecided), you opened YOUR CUSTOMER, to an ENDLESS possibility of fraud. THAT was my objection.
Gee, you forgot to put down her social security number and date of birth, for pete's sake.
Pat, it dawned on me today - you might contact your credit agencies and mention that you want a "watch for suspicious activity" put on your credit reports for a year. It will probably cost a fee. Use the 15 bucks you were going to send Mark and get that done. I strongly recommend it.
Mark apparently has never dealt with a thing called "identity theft". I have. It takes a name, an address and a phone number.
Yes, that will surely teach those stupid non-paying bidders for sure!

And before you say well everyone has the internet and she could've checked. My FIL doesn't have it, and neither do my husband's grandparents. So if she was in a similiar circumstance where could she have checked? (Also before you mention that they could have had it. How many times do you leave your family whom you might not have seen in awhile, to check on an internet auction.)
She says she tried to make good by bidpay. But I do know that they just went out of business.
From your responses on here. That are the one who was rude first. And then she stopped all contact from you.
You even say in your OP that she called as soon as got back and (according to you.) lied about being out of town. (And even if she wasn't and had family over I guess your $15 was way more important then spending time with family.) She did try to make it right with you. All she got from you are the same things that you are saying to everyone else (and I guess me too now that I've written this and it goes against you.) who dared not to agree with your opinion.

I've been ripped off for a $1001.00 purchase, none of which Ebay refunded, despite their "guarantee". It happens. Ebay doesn't care, and that's NO secret. But that doesn't give you the right to be a vigilante, either.
What you're asking for is a guarantee that you'll make money. Open a 7-11 store, and you can't guarantee some kid isn't going to pocket candy bars. Sometimes, BUSINESSES LOSE MONEY.
It's called Buyer Beware. And Seller Beware. You're obviously not willing to accept that, so stop turning other people's information as your form of retaliation.
Here's an idea, since you have all of your customer's information: Hire a collection agency. Take them to small claims court. Write it off at the end of the year on your taxes as a loss. Or just open an online store. Posting people's information, and then accusing them, name calling and then not even inviting them to defend themselves is a poor show.
And "warning us of the dangers of Ebay" is a trite way of side-stepping the fact that you're not getting the sympathy you want.
So to make it fair, I sent your contact an email with the link to this site, so that they can see what they are accused of and maybe respond here. I need two sides of the story before I make up my mind.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I never viewed "ripoffreport" as a venting site only - I always hoped that perhaps two parties can come together and share a mutual understanding out of what is obviously a misunderstanding.
If you posted MY personal information on the net (thereby violating Ebay's policy, which you follow SO closely!) over a less than $15.00 dispute, I'd see you in court, and for more than a $15.00 damage award. Especially if, as a result, someone called and harassed me. If I were you, I'd be hoping that no-one who viewed your complaint was crazy enough to call your buyer and scream "theif" before hanging up 10 times a day.
YOU furnished the information to an unrealted site of business (which is why Ebay only discloses the info between buyer and seller), and YOU CAN be held responsible, particularly if she moved away from an abusive spouse who locates her this way.
So what's YOUR personal info, Mark "K"? Address? Phone number? C'mon, you posted theirs, now post yours.

You however, have gotten into it with several people in the past month. 4 negatives and 4 neutrals is not good. Thats 8 out of 90 total feedbacks or close to it. So for the past month that is about 91%. And, for anyone that does ebay even a little bit knows 91% is someone to avoid.

Sir, your feedback score is 97.6% and not 98%. Your adding a couple of point's isn't going to help your case. Now, let's see if I can help with your delusions here... I'm not Pat, nor a friend of Pats nor a relative of.
I don't know Pat on a personal or Internet level or in any way, shape or form other than you having brought her name to this site. I'm also not the Easter bunny though that might be him living under a pine tree in my backyard.
I can see sir, that you are a vengeful person and that explains your retaliatory feedback on e-bay and on here. It also explains you seeing Pat in the shadows. Again, you are never wrong therefor I (and the rest that responded here) must be connected to Pat because how dare I (we) add my (our) 2 cents to your weirdness.

I'd just light to enlighten you to one more thing... All of the people that have responded to your report, thus far, have been members of this site for some time now. Don't you think it odd that they (as so called friends of Pat) would know that sooner or later she (Pat) would screw up and so we all became members and sat in wait to respond in defense. Next...Pat has exemplary feedback while yours on the other hand is waving red flags all over the place. Again, I would never ever bid on your items. My own personal feedback on e-bay is 100% out of 108 items bought. I buy high-end items and I do not bid on items from sellers with a track record like yours. And what I mean by yours, is not only the poor rating that you have but the trail of weirdness you're leaving behind. Like Sean said, it's a bunch of gibberish.

Seems like pat would be great to sell to, and you would be bad to buy from and sell to.
So everyone be careful when doing business with flkracker66. If you sell to him and don't ship before he pays, he will give you negative feedback. If you complain that he doesn't package fragile items well enough, you get negative feedback.

Sellers always know the Pat Breenden kind of Non-Paying Buyer who never solves their own behavior problems and continues mis-conduct with harassment and libel toward Sellers. The true guilt is readily recognized upon the continuing bad attitude and poor unprofessional behavior here in her Rebuttal. Pat Breeden, instead of honoring her Contract Sale Agreement with said Seller, then in turn,: 1) Name Calls, 2) Always finds Fault with honest Sellers and never with themself, 3) Jilt buyers like myself, ignore Sellers and Contracts & Never Pay, continue a Non-Paying Bidder Buyer Record, 4) Continuing with dishonest Behavior by lieing here who she really is on this web site--using a "Fictious Name", one not her own, to even file a Rebuttal Report. Pat Breeden is not willing to admit any fault, continues to run others down and not hold up to Contract Deals, proves the facts I have entered here to be true and correct in my report against Pat Breeden. In every bad feedback you've received, not once do you admit any fault. It's always the other guy's fault and then you give them retaliatory feedback on top of it... Feedback that seems very much off the wall at times.
