I ORDERED A TRANSMISSION FROM THEM FOR 5844.00 DOLLARS AND CALL THEM IN A WEEK AFTER THE ORDER TO GET SOME INFO ON THE TRANSMISSION, TALKED TO BLAKE AND AFTER A SHORT TALK WAS TOLD THAT HE WANTED TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION, I TOLD HIM THAT I AGREED. I CALLED AND TALKED TO TRUDY THE NEXT DAY TO CONFIRM THAT THEY WERE CREDITING MY CARD BACK AND SHE STATED THAT THEY WERE GOING TO AFTER SOME HESITATION. WHEN THE CARD WAS CREDITED IT WAS 544.00 SHORT AND I CALLED AND TALKED TO TRUDY (OWNER) AGAIN AND SHE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS A RESTOCKING CHARGE. THERE WAS NEVER ANY THING SHIPPED AND THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER. DO NOT DO BUSS WITH THEM. THE TRANSMISSION SHOP THAT ENDED UP PUTTING THE TRANSMISSION IN HAD TO ORDER A PART FROM THEM (THEY HAD IT IN STOCK) PAID FOR OVERNIGHT SERVICE AND THEY SHIPPED GROUND 2 DAYS LATTER. I HAVE EMAILS FROM THEM THAT ARE USING FOUL LANGUAGE ECT. WHAT THIS COMES DOWN TO IS THEY THOUGHT THAT I WOULD BEG THEM TO MOVE ON WITH THE SALE AND I DID NOT,. NOW THEY WANT TO CHANGE THE GAME. THERE IS NOTHING ON THEIR WEB SITE ABOUT A RESTOCKING CHARGE FOR CANCELED ORDERS. WHY? BECAUSE THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the transmission and put 4500 down and said I would pay the rest when it shipped. They charged the rest the next day so the credit card not going through is a flat lie. I would not expect any less from Trudy the owner. Second of all Blake canceled the order when I talked to him a week latter because they did not have the parts yet? Again another lie! How did they have the tranny built when they told me they did not have the parts? This all happened because I called and said I needed the total length of the transmission so I could have the drive lines cut down since they were running behind per Blake waiting on parts. Blake told me that no two transmissions are the same and I said how does gm build thousands of trucks all the same? He told me that he wanted to cancel the order and I told him that would be best! Two days latter I called and asked why my credit card was not showing the return! 5600 since the card was no good! By the way it was the first card and only card I ever gave them! Trudy the owner started all the lies at that point and it became clear I was going to have problems! I am glad all this happened because I can only dream how that tranny would have turned out! Just look at their customer service before the sell? I will be taking them to court so there will be a record on the web!

Customer ordered a custom built transmission for a 4L60E to 4L80E swap on a General Motors platform. The original issue with the order was that the customer did not have the funds to complete the transaction. He supplied us with many credit cards in attempt to complete the payment but we found that none of them would go through. We eventually agreed to work out another payment arrangement for the customer as he indicated he needed his unit built as quickly as possible. This particular unit was ordered with very expensive ($900.00) custom planets changing the gear ratios from 2.48 to 2.97. When a unit is custom ordered for a particular application all modifications to the valvebody, seperator plate, and pump are done for that vehicle only. After the Customer requested to cancel the order (after the unit was built) we did inform him of the restocking fee as that unit is a very rare build and could not be resold. This was in no way a stock build but a very specific race build that would only be usable to another individual with his exact needs and vehicle. Customer was informed of all charges. PATC has tried to resolve this issue with this customer many times.
