Paul James Imparato has not paid child support since the child has been born with a disability. Paul has a mental disorder and refuse to seek treatment for his crazy behavior. He works off the books so he does not have to pay child support. He is a very mentally distrubed person. Ladies stay away from him and if you choose to be with him my advice is not to have children by him. Due to him not acknowledging his mental illness my son now has the same mental illness. My son sometimes laughs, cries and then punches himself in the head in a matter of seconds displaying several different emotions. It'svery hard caring for a mentally disabled child by yourself. Please beware of this sick person he really a mental issues. He has also spent a great deal of time in and out of mental hospital since he was a child.

I have drafted a petition to enforce deadbeat parents. It seems Maryland law deems it a civil matter instead of a criminal matter when it comes to unpaid child support. Feel free to read and sign the petition drafted. When 1,000 signatures are acquired it will be sent to James Gilchrist in order to get this law changed. I could really use your help. If all of us custodial parents would work together, we can get this done swiftly, and hopefully, get the unpaid child support garnished from the non-custodial parents, and if not, then we can at least get a criminal warrant issued for the arrest of the non-custodial parent for the crime of child neglect.
