Its a scam,,, as all other reports state,, it gives fault info,,, caused many problems with my pc after installing it,,, still have not got pc to fully recover from it,,, I had many problems removing it and still do not know if I got all of it removed,,, I may have to wipe pc clean and reinstall original software
I paid 39.92 through safecart,,, so I am concerning safecart as unreliable and I sent the following correspondence to them; I am notifying you as to the effect that the referred product had on my computer,,, it caused damage and the product pc cleaner pro 2012 was very hard to remove from my computer,,, the cost of the damage is not fully known at this time,,, but I will follow up on this cost at a later date,,,
Due to the fact that safecart is affiliated with pc cleaner inc,,, I AM NOTIFYING YOU AS OF TODAY 02/10/2012 approximately 11:00 pm,,, do not make any other charges to my credit card now and/or in the future I will be notifying my creditor asap to block any charges from your company,,, also I have documented this correspondence for future reference
Although it did not get that far with me,,, after 2 days of research and read many complaint about this matter I am adding the following opinion; There no question about it,,, its a scam,,, its fault advertisement,,, but wait this is not just any scam,,, if you read every ones complaint,,, by all definition this is a clear attempt of extortion and probably just not only and attempt,,, As I am,,, I would recommend for every one whom has be victimized by pc cleaner inc. to follow up by reporting there experience to IC3.gov and/or the FBI
