PC Charge Verifone Company charges for a "support contract" but give HORRIBLE customer support! Buy software somewhere else!!!! Internet

I have used PC Charge software for three years now and the experience has never been pleasurable.. Currently I am on hold with them and, I would estimate, I have been on hold with them or dealing with there incompetent tech support team for at least 14-18 hours (total) in the last year.  At one time I was on the phone with them for 6 hours out of a 8 hour workday and most of this time was on hold.  Unfortunately, for me, I have literally thousands of customers information saved in my PC Charge's database on my computer and switching this information over to another provider would take weeks.

For all of this horrible Verifone happily charges me an annual fee to talk to anyone.  Although the fee ( I think I just paid about $150-$160 to renew it) Doesn't break the bank I think is an insult to me or anyone who has to pay it for the horrible customer service.  I haven't looked around but, in my opinion, anyone looking for payment software should ask about these "servicing" fee, typical wait times, and consider how much their own time is worth before choosing.  

If you are thinking of Purchasing the PC- Charge software I would highly discourage you.  If anything goes wrong with customer billing or, if you have even a simple question,  you will spend hours on the phone and they will charge you for your time.  I've been on hold now for 34.35 minutes as I write this.
