PC Cleaner Pro/Safecart Offered an automatic $10.00 off the price of $39.94 at checkout. It didn't happen. I phoned cusomer service immediatly. They promised to credit my account in 10 to 14 days. It is now one month and one day after the fact, and I have not received a credit.
