POSTED: Tuesday, September 18, 2012It's very unfortunate to hear of these internet scams with programs that don't even provide the most basic of functionality. We at PC HelpSoft are always disappointed to hear of these sorts of cases which give a black eye to legitimate companies with strong software products such as our own.
Your best bet in avoiding the fraudulent credit card charges would be:
1) Contact your credit card company and have them reverse the charges and if not possible,
2) Contact SafeCart directly and have them reverse the payment. It's exceedingly likely you aren't the first person to have these problems but we can hope you are the last!
