Charles J. Schuck III, owner of PC Gecko, also d/b/a St. Paul PC Repair, Minneapolis Computer Repair, and Wise Guyz IT, has a long history of defrauding consumers and stealing computer equipment and gaming consoles. PC Gecko (which should be called "PC Chameleon," due to its penchant for constantly hiding from law enforcement), is well-known for fraudulent theft activity in the Twin Cities area.
Here's how the PC Gecko scam works:
Unwitting customers bring in their computer gear to PC Gecko for servicing, and are required to pay up-front. Charles Schuck III then dodges calls and emails, and hides from the customers. When Schuck has bilked a sufficient number of victims and amassed a nice little pile of stolen money, he closes his shop in the dark of night and moves to a new location, taking the cash and computer equipment in the process. Charles Schuck III then fences the stolen computer gear and other electronics, thereby stealing from the customer twice. Not surprisingly, PC Gecko also stiffs its creditors and landlords, and there are numerous lawsuits currently in process against Charles J. Schuck III and PC Gecko / St. Paul PC Repair / Minneapolis Computer Repair / Wise Guyz IT.
Calls to his phone number 651-644-4640 are never returned, and no responses to messages sent to his email cschuck3@gmail.com. Collection agencies have tried numerous times to reach him at his location at 926 Aurora Ave. St. Paul, Minnesota, but with no results. He has likely moved on to the next bogus location to avoid authorities and litigation.
Even the lowly Better Business Bureau has given PC Gecko an "F" rating, which is quite remarkable, given the BBB's habit of softballing crooked companies. So, if the BBB gives a company an F, it is really bad.
A local news station recently aired an investigative report on PC Gecko with a strong warning to consumers not to do business there:

The above-mentioned scams and ripoffs perpetrated by Charles J. Schuck III may be the least of his worries, as any criminal offense may violate the terms of his parole. Charles Schuck III has served prison time for previous felony convictions of fraud and theft by swindle. Would you trust your money, your PC, and its valuable data with PC Gecko?

iv just ran into this man

thursday at 6:20pm . "Charles schuck III" had me come to this building on the west side to get a repair for my playstation 3 . He told me that i would have to pay upfront for parts because my laser was broke and not reading discs .. so i went in and paid this black man in the pictures that i have seen 120$ and left my playstation 3 there.. the next thing i know he said he was on his way out with his girlfriend to go get some food and he walked me to the door.
I have been calling this man for the past 4 days he answered and told me on friday it would be possible done that night that he was with family all day i said ok no problem . next thing i know he stopped answering all night so i called saturday at 12am.. he answered again and told me that it would be done in a few hours that him and his buddy were hard at work with my playstation i once again said ok and told him i would gladly pick it up once he was finished .. now iv called him that whole day and havent got a pick up or call back . tryed all day today .. still nothing ... im guessing this man stole my money and playstation planing to go up there tommarow checking and possible calling the police thanks for this ripoff report.
