As with all of the other people that have reported, I too have been taken by a scam of PC One Club. I got a call in mid July on my cell phone from a customer service rep from PC One Club stating that I was to recieve a credit card with a $3,500.00 limit. I was so exicted because I wanted to use it for Christmas shopping this year. It would only be my second credit card. The other one I have has a very small limit to it because i use it for gas only. Anyways, they had my information already and I just had to confirm it all. After doing so I was told that there is a one time fee for security purposes and autherized the withdrawl from my checking account. This withdrawl was taken out on September 6, 2005. I called the 800 number that was listed on the check drawn from the bank and they they said that my order was not approved yet. I called 2 week later and was told that the approval went through and it would take 30 business day to get my card. After 30 days was up I called them again and told them I still have not gotten my package. They then sent in a new request for product and said it would take 7 to 14 business days. After not getting anything still I called again in November and requested a refund due to no delivery. Today is December 15, 2005 and I have spoken to 5 different people today and cant get anywhere. All they tell me is that they are a call center for PC One Club and that all they do is put in for requests of service to them and can't help me. What do I do. I am so upset that now I can't use that money to do my x-mas shopping and I have a 6 1/2 month old at home (my first child). This really is rediculous.
