PC on wheels are truly the worst company you could pay to fix your computer. About 3 months ago I had them fixed my laptop. My laptop jack had became very loose and I would have trouble charging my laptop. I found this company in the yellow pages. I then contacted them about their services and the told me how much it would cost to get fixed. They would have to take my whole laptop apart to fix this problem and for labor and parts it would come up to $200. I called a dozen other companies and this was the cheapest. I'm a college student and I found this price suitable for my budget. They came to my house and picked up my laptop and inform me that it would take 2 to 3 business day to fix and about a week to fix if they had to order the part. I called them day three and they didn't answer. This should have been a red flag. So I finally decided to call them from a different number and they picked up. They told me they had to order the part and it would take another week in a half. I finally received my laptop after 2 whole weeks. I even had the courtesy to give them a tip. After 3 weeks my charger stop working. This was the same charger from before I got my laptop fixed so, I didn't think much of it and just ordered a new one. A month got past and my laptop charger stop working again. This is the same problem I had before I had my laptop fixed. I tried to call PC on Wheels and they gave me the run around. They told me the person who handles hardware was on vacation. I told them my problem and inform them that I really need this problem to be fixed because I'm in school and need my laptop. He was so nice and was like I'm going to give the hardware specialist your name and number and have him call you. He didn't call me. I call them every day. They keep telling me he isn't back yet. I called them maybe 10 times before I was able to speak with the right person. Adam is his name. Adam was like what's your last name. He said in a very nasty tone. I'm like Hughes. We don't have you in our system. You didn't get your computer fixed here, and hung up the phone. I was shocked and called him right back. He was like when did I get my laptop fixed. You only have 30 day warranty. What did you do break it again? You can pay to get it fixed again and hung up again. In all of my 25 yrs I have never been spoken to on the phone like that before. I was cheated out of $200. I really believe that the whole 2 weeks they had my laptop, that all they did was tightened my old jack. Please a beg you don't get your pc fixed by PC on Wheels.
