They downloaded PC Cleaner

AVAST 2012 free version.
PC tuneup 2012 free version.

Charged me $199.99 on my credit card.  15 minutes after I had the work done, AVAST wanted $49.99, PC Tuneup wanted $49.99 or something close to that. 

Where is the US Federal Comunication Commission?
Where is the AVAST Company?
Where is the PC Tuneup? 

If these people are in a foriegn country, stop them.  WAR
If these people are in the United States, stop them.  JAIL
