PCDI- ASHWORTHY institue-University SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Norcross Georgia

I have enrolled in PCDI at the end of August 2008! I received my first lesson package and everything seemed legit. I filled out the credit card information for the school to do monthly withdrawals from. I sat down and started getting to work. Actually putting aside time to further my career and do something I will enjoy once passing!

I went on line to do an exam and then I had a question regarding if I print my exam and mail it to them, or if they took my exam and marked it on line, WHY would I NEED to mail it to them!

I realized I COULD NOT get through on the help line link-you click but the page doesn't bring anything new up, or bring you anywhere! It's a FALSE link. THERE IS NO HELPLINE- I tried calling Monday (as by then the weekend had passed and they were only open Monday to Friday) and an automotive lady comes on, and talks a bit about the school and then says your wait time is 34 minutes! 34 MINUTES! I thought you are out of your mind! I WAITED THOUGH! As every THREE minutes passed it would minus off ONE minute! (Made NO sense!)

After I honestly waited like 53 minutes- something crazy like that- it was down to 8 minutes- then the lady cam on and said your wait time is now 11 minutes! HOW DOES IT JUMP BACK UP?? Made NO SNESE! I was sick of waiting- I googled Ashworth scam- and it came up with ALL these reports! I called my credit card company and cancelled my card right then and there no questions- I read reports where people are saying if you have giving your credit card information or your bank, you are done for! CANCEL YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OF CANCLE YOUR CREDIT CARD ASAP! Before they take you for a fool- like they almost did me! They walked away with 15 dollars of mine. (In which I am so thankful for instead of the WHOLE amount!)

I left a lady - SUSAN a voicemail, last night-September 15th 2009 and received a call back this morning by some lady named Elizabeth! (at 10:07 am) I asked her for a link where I can read that they are a real online school that provides students with diplomas and she had to put me on hold.

She cam back to tell me that on a brochure I should have received it should show some -GEDI (I don't recall the exact Spelling of what she said) on it. I said "what does that prove to me that this company is real?" and she said, "I am sorry you're having all these problems!" I asked her for her name in which she hesitantly said Elizabeth, and then I asked her last name in which she said she could not give me as it was confidential! I replied saying, "You're telling me you work at a SCHOOL in which you CANT provide your last name! WHAT is your title there??

She had NO idea what that meant! I said like what is your JOB! When I call you what are you to be doing? She said that she answers questions- she is a customer service rep!" I said so when I have a question and am in need of assistance you will help me! She said well there are 3 of us ladies here from the Canada institute only, and you would actually call the 770-729-9294 which you said you couldn't get through which is weird because everyone else gets through on the first try! I told her that they have write ups ALL over the internet of ripping people off and I WOULD NOT be one of those people! She interrupted me and said. I am sorry again for the problems you seem to be having but there are write ups about all companies if you look on the internet! YES, I faulted by enrolling and NOT doing my research, but I was SO lucky to catch on. I told her that people have all these dreams for themselves and are trying to take courses to further themselves and you guys are taking that away form them in which I find to be complete Bull$h!T! The lady hung up on me!

Goes to show that they have no one higher than them in this "COMPANY" to deal with issues like this on hand!
So for those researching ASHWORTH or PCDI- PLEASE DONT be taking advantage of!
