Purchased a surveillance camera, one from them and one from another supplier. Received the other supplier's first and installed it but found I did not like it so when the one from PCRUSH arrived I called and explained that. I was willing to pay the shipping to and from however the 15% restocking fee was totally unjustified especially since the package was unopened. I shipped the item back to them priority flat rate for $10.92 which got it back to them faster than I received it. Today I received an email and they refunded minus the 15% restocking fee. Any reputable company with good customer service would have waived the restocking and charged only their shipping cost which in all respects is much less than what I paid because they get a mass shipper discount. I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you are willing to pay the return shipping and restocking fee for something you are not happy with. [continued below]....

..... I wish I had done more research about the company before buying but they have all this D&B ratings, BizRate.com and BBB Accredited Business crap on the bottom of their website. So now I don't even trust any recommendations unless they are from actual customers. This company has very poor business ethics. I would highly recommend you do your business with a company looking for satisfied customers rather than their bottom line. Cheaper price is not always the best when you factor in these unnecessary charges in the event you are not happy with your purchase.
